Having recently provided a review which outlined my dissapointment with the brand and products. I was delighted to be contacted and offered replacements. I spoke to Rich this morning at Morphy Richards requesting a kneading blade for my breadmaker. Rich was very helpful in sending me an email with list of retailers who maybe able to supply one, as the kneading blades were out of stock at Morphy Richards. Rich was very polite and very helpful. No steam from iron.
After just seventeen months, my iron, stopped giving out steam. I had registered it online when purchased, so therefore had a 3 year warranty. Once I had filled the online form in , I was helped by Jessica who advised me to try different things to solve the problem. However after a week, still had the same issue. Today Jessica informed me that I would be receiving a new replacement and how to discard my broken iron. I am obviously really happy with the outcome and how Jessica dealt with the situation. I have purchased Morphy Richards for many years and because of the outcome, will continue to.

Water softener chemicals
My steam generator water softener crystals arrived quickly. Price has doubled from £5 in the last few years but I managed a discount. Shame the bottles leak at the stopper and after a few uses they begin to crack as they are used to fill the steam generator - perhaps get 10 uses before the crystals are fully red.
