AVOID, Pathetic customer service, I wish have read the reviews before my purchase. No reply no update. CONTACTING MY BANK FOR A REFUND, Placed my order over a week ago and still no updates( tried everything) No one even bother to reply or care about their customer service. Took the money and that's it and THE EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING IS COVID 19

Ordered some clothes about two weeks ago but never received it. Hermes sent an email that the parcel was delivered which is a lie as I never received it. Contacted the customer service via email and Twitter but no response to date.
I was assured that moss bros is a trusted company and provide professional service which proved to be wrong. I would never buy from them again.

If I could leave 0 stars I really would!! I returned a full 3 piece suit for a refund approximately £160s worth before Xmas and I have had no money return even tho they’ve acknowledged its return! I have emailed and been ignored ever since then! I want my money back, this is theft! Awful company!!!

The worst of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, If ONLY you want to throw your money by from Moss Bros, I have three orders that I do not know any things about them from the past 6 weeks except my money are taken.
I tried to contact them, NO RESPONSE at all.
if only there is a chance to put 0 star I would put it, because even one star is too much for that awful service.

Ordered a suit and shoes on Sunday 3rd of January and still not received my order as it stands today ! (15th January)
Hermes “attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was in” which is a lie as they never even showed, I know this because I was stood outside a lit building waiting.
And customer services are still yet to respond to my non delivered items....

Top quality products and great customer service!

Overall, there is a good and solid value offering. However, I am dissatisfied with how Moss manages its customer service. When you email them to ask about the status of your errand (where faulty is on their side), they almost immediately reply to not ask for any status updates. Obviously, the original message must have then been read.

While they might have a competitive advantage in terms of price, service is not included.

After many emails to customer services, I received one this morning to say my enquiry has been resolved. This is complete lies and fabrication. No credit to my account, no confirmation that a refund has been processed. Clearly Moss Bros are trying to play games. Any response Moss Bros?

Exeter Moss Bros. Unbelievable poor service from this store, ordered a suite in Jan and have not received my waist coat. Every time I go in they fob me off with the same excuse that they’re waiting for it from the warehouse. Another wedding guest is also having a similar problem, I wouldn’t recommend this store due to the utter contempt displayed to their customers.

Very disappointed to find Miss Bros kept £140 in cancellation fee because I cancelled the suit hire as my Sons wedding has been cancelled because of Covid. I wasn’t told about the money it was just taken out of the deposit. When I called to ask where the missing money was I spoke to a rude man who clearly just didn’t give a crap disgusting. Never using them again.

Give this lady a PAY RISE!

I was rushing round London for hours trying to find a nice blazer, Adriana in the Canary Wharf store was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me with everything, she guessed my correct size just by looking, she got me the most awesome pocket square to go with my suit. She’s an awesome lady with a heart of gold. Made my experience painless and worry free!

Absolute joke, deeply disappointed.

Ordered from them and the order was messed up by Hermes, delivering 2 weeks later than they were supposed to (and even then, saying they couldn't deliver because they can't find my address... in the middle of the city).

No information from Moss Bros informing me that there may be some delays in delivery or that Hermes messed up my order after ordering...

The only way to get in contact with them is through the online form and you might get a reply or not. If you do get a reply, don't expect anything to be solved.

Looking forward to collecting this parcel so I can start the return process and get a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews first before buying. Horrendous customer service, can’t verbally speak to anyone, no visible email address and all you can do is complete a pathetic online contact us form. Ordered last Monday and the parcel is showing as not received by Hermes. I have had one response from them and they said that they were working with Hermes to locate the order. I replied straight away asking for a refund and got nothing back. I even called the shop in Southampton to ask for a contact name or number, he was very polite and empathetic but couldn’t help me in anyway. Utter utter shambles. I shall continue to spam their contact us page until I hear something back. Like you said they clearly don’t give a moniker about service as no one responds to these reviews.

Bought a suit on sale from these guys and also ordered a shirt and tie. The suit trousers were short so I thought I’d go for a larger size. Along with returning the trousers for an exchange i returned the tie for a refund as it didn’t go with the suit. 5 weeks later and no exchange and no refund. So I went in to my local moss bros store is the fort shopping centre. First visit was on the 17/06/20 and was dealt with by a guy named Sam. Kept hearing how online have nothing to do with them a keep trying to email them. Explained to him how it’s been over a month and have had no response but still was adamant that I’d keep on trying. Then it come down to we can’t do nothing as we don’t have the suit in stock. So while leaving the shop i had a stroll around and spot the suit. Was told bring the suit blazer in and we can sort something out after checking the codes. So go in on the 18/06/20 and was seen by a guy named sunny. Was given the same excuses by him and situation was not dealt with but instead was told to refund the suit.

Good clothes, good prices, helpful staff but their delivery service is atrocious.
10 days to send 3 shirts for their depot to Northern Ireland. I gone have gone to Hong Kong, had the shirts made, flown back again and still had a week to spare. We are still part of the U.K. regardless of what the E.U. think and other companies can deliver within a day or two.
Obviously Moss Bros do not care about complaints as they have not answered one criticism on here.
If the new company that are paying 22 million to buy them out do not improve their service and listen to their customers they might as well throw their money into the Thames

I am really disappointed with Moss Bros.
I purchased a number of suits for my wedding.
Due to the lockdown I asked for a refund on the suits that I have not received.
This was a number of months ago.
The company are operating and taking online orders but will still not refund the suits that I have not received.
The company clearly have no interest Or care for their customers. More about making more money.
I still to this date have not had a refund or a satisfactory response and have nothing to show for my purchase apart from being £1.5k out of pocket.
I would advise if you are looking to purchase a quality suit go avoid this retailer.

Moss Bros emailed me receipt of my return on 23rd March stating that my refund will be processed within 3 days. This has not happened regardless of contact forms and emails I've sent.
Instead I get a reply from feefo feedback stating I will get some digital credit. I'm not interested in digital credit. I want my money back on my credit card asap. Other shops have managed to do refunds despite the outbreak.

I got my wedding suit hire from Moss in Bournemouth, the suits themselves were really good but the shop and staff were horrendous.
The store was double booked on appointments and running late which happens and understand but when your staff have a don’t care attitude and slagging customers off to each other when they walk away but clearly in earshot of everyone around. Lisa was so rude, unhelpful and grumpy. It really put a downer on the whole situation. I would definitely stay away from the shop.

Resolved my query on a return promptly during a difficult time (coronavirus). Thanks.
