I don't have enough words to describe the great customer service we got in Bracknell shop.

We have visited the shop 3 times in the last 2 months and every visit was fantastic.

The team that works there is amazing and should get acknowledged by the management.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUINED A WEDDING!

Made a deal with the manager of the cardiff store for buy wedding 4 suits and get 5th free... Price was set and suits reserved. Got everyone to go in store and get measured and reserved... months later we're told the deal is no longer valid... absolute joke!! AVOID!

Summary: Do not trust Moss Bros in-store, click and collect or customer service, they are institutionally a failing company,

I ordered items online and paid extra for next day in-store collection, 2 days later - i got an email that my partial order was dispatched (even though the website showed stock available for all items i wanted), so already i wont be receiving some of the items i wanted, no phone call, no option to change my order, no contact numbers anywhere.

4 days later - no further updates, so i call my local store - Kingston, no answer, for 2 hours, it keeps ringing or is engaged. So i eventually make the trip down to the store, 2 staff members are 'busy', deep in conversation about all the redundancies during lockdown, so i wait. After a minute someone asks how they can help, essentially my order hasnt arrived, they dont know anything about my order, dont know who to call, cant contact customer services for me, "cant help you". So i leave, i then email customer services who send back a childish automatic response with the subject "we got this", god knows when or if they will reply. Their head office is also not taking calls due to the coronavirus - using this as an excuse for poor management and planning is not acceptable.
I assumed Moss Bros was a reputable, professional, established outfit...they have failed me multiple times and this is the last time ill be using their services.

p.s they have 2 trust pilot profiles, very suspicious, also the positive reviews seem overly complimentary to i would take those with a pinch of salt.

Horrible customer service, where they left me waiting for almost 1h between serving different people, not giving me enough attention, where in the end, even trying a “model” of the products, when I came to collect the one I bought the size was different, I needed to pay extra adjustments. If we want retail to survive, make it better! A store that I wouldn’t ever come back!

Incredible it become worst!!!!
I collected my tuxedo on Saturday, for a conference I had on Sunday. Trusting in the company, after paying £350, I just headed to the conference. When I arrived there, they gave me the wrong suit, in a different size, WITH THE SECURITY TAG ATTACHED!

I had to break the tag, damaging the tuxedo to be able to present in the conference!

Horrible, disgusting customer service!

There is nothing remotely brilliant about this company. How they can get away with robbing customers blind (me included) is concerning.

Customer service is poor, they rarely answer their phones, and the company ruined my big wedding day too. What an utter joke you are Moss. NEVER will I use your services again!

My wedding was on the 9th October 2021, which was ruined by this incompetent, reckless, and unprofessional outfit of a company. We had to pay over £6000 for new suits because Moss Bros sent us the wrong size. Tried to complain via phone (didn't pick the phone up). Went in-store only to be told they couldn't help, it was our mistake allegedly, and that we should contact the company by email. We're now exactly £5300 out of pocket not forgetting the additional £6000 we had to spend on new suits at a minute's notice. That £6K was supposed to be for our honeymoon (that's now on hold) because this incompetent company destroyed our special day. Customer service was beyond a joke, no number to call head office, and the sheer fact we had to make a trip of over 30 miles just to speak to someone because the local store could not be arsed to pick the phone up, just proves this company is a joke. The sizes we gave were correct, furthermore, the staff in the store also took my husband's and friends' sizes too. So, how was it our fault? How is this company still trading with so many negative reviews?

Just wanted to highlight some brilliant service i received from Moss Bros in Bracknell. Hired a tuxedo on the website and went to the store the day before my event to pick up. The Suit had not made it on to the Van that day, and had not arrived. Mark went above and beyond to make sure i had my suit the next day in time for the event, really terrific service, will happily hire from Moss Bros again.

I've been researching purchasing a camel overcoat for a few weeks now, I had initial concerns re the correct sizing (ordering online) went for a 44, my chest size is 43", (relaxed) I'm 6ft and just under 14st. The coat arrived today on the 2nd working day (free postage). I'm really happy with the quality, colour, weight and fit. Especially comfortable across the shoulders, great pockets and lining. I wanted a camel coat for both formal and informal occassions. This is great for both, the sizing was easy, the price is very good, quality is excellent and delivery quick. I thoroughly recommend this coat from Moss Bros

I purchased a suit from the Bracknell branch. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in stock. This was no problem for Rachel, she looked to see what branch’s had my sizes and arranged for them to be delivered to the Bracknell store. Once it had all arrived, Mark gave me a call to arrange collection.
Throughout the whole experience, Rachel and Mark went above the beyond and a real asset to Moss Bros

I don’t normally submit reviews but when I visited Moss Bros Westfield, I was met by Fabio and received amazing customer service while picking out my suit. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, he is a great asset to your company!

No one tells you have to give them at least 15 days notice to hire a suit. Not on the website. No one called me pre appointment. Wasted 2 hours travelling back and forth.

Useless company. 3rd time they have let me down this year. Never again.

Lost Regular Customer

Firstly I have been a regular Moss Bros customer since I bought my first suit there for my school prom. This was my first experience with shopping with them online and owing to my experience I will likely never shop with them again. I understand the challenges to a company during lockdown but my experience was abysmal.
I ordered a pair of trousers for work, they arrived promptly but were clearly despite having the correct model number a totally different style than were pictured online (different shade, no turn up, no side adjusters)
I contacted their customer services. It became apparent that no one in their customer services dept knows anything about men’s tailoring. Over several emails I had to explain to one person what a side adjuster was and another kept referring to ‘turnt ups’. I seemed to get a different person replying every time, so was having to explain the issues over and over. Despite sending photos and pointing out that there were several comments on their website from other customers saying that the trousers were not as pictured, I was basically stonewalled and eventually gave up leaving me out of pocket. Never again.

Shopping online for a suit, found something I really liked but saw the very bad reviews. Put me off buying at first but still really like the suit.

Seems the vast majority of reviews are about the hire service so took a punt.

Smooth experience, quick delivery, great quality suit and perfect fit.

Hired suits for my wedding some of them were wrong, had to go backwards and forwards to a store to then find out the day before my wedding, my dad doesn’t have a suit.

It’s awful customer service and wouldn’t trust them ever.

Do not use Moss Bro hire.

Paid Next day delivery on 2 orders - 1 arrive the other didn’t: luckily I had a spare trouser but the blazer was great quality

Hired some suits for my wedding and most were the wrong size.

We'd gone into the moss brothers stores to get fitted so they had our correct sizes they just couldn't supply the suits.

Here's an idea. Maybe moss brothers could have told us they couldn't supply the suits and we could have cancelled the order or picked another suit they actually could supply?

Company 100% deserves to go under.

Moss Bros entered in the pick up location of my usher’s rental suits for my wedding. In addition, none of my ushers or myself received any email correspondence regarding our rental order, which would have alerted us to the incorrect pick up details. It was only because I checked the day before my wedding that the error was noticed. This potentially could have had serious implications for my wedding. I have since raised this complaint directly with Moss Bros customer services but have had no reply for over 3 weeks (including chaser emails). I would not recommend using Moss Bros for their hire rental service.

If I could give 0 stars then I would.

We hired 10 suits for our wedding and almost every suit was wrong. Despite attending a suit fitting, the 2 page boy suits didn’t fit at all and only 1 adult could fasten their shirt. Only 2 of the ties were the ones we actually ordered and the rest didn’t match. The shirts were incredibly creased and needed ironing and most of the jackets wouldn’t fasten.

This was over 2 weeks ago and the customer service (if possible) is actually even worse than the suits they provided. They have promised to call back every day and haven’t. I have been and completely fobbed off every time I’ve called and they actually tried to justify the issues.

Absolutely terrible. Don’t add extra stress to your big day and choose a different company.

Great choice of suits and excellent service from two branches - 299 Regent St and Lower Precinct Coventry. Really helpful and knowledgable staff, prepared to take time to help us choose the right suit for our son. Thanks very much, highly recommend for all things menswear, especially suits
