My sister ordered food for me and he went to the wrong location, I decided to check if my sister did really make a mistake. Turns out she didn't. He called me and even went to the office and whoever was at the office didn't say anything, the driver just kept laughing out of misbelief. Clearly the address wasn't incorrect, even went to an extent of sharing my location but he still didn't make it to De Waal Street in Stellenbosch Central. Idk if there is any other res that has the same name as mine or street that has the same name.

Customer service has gone to zero, no quality assurance, no focus on the order time, packaging or anything in between. If you order from them, you either get part of the order delivered, nothing delivered or your whole delivery out of the packaging any lying in the courier bag. Its unfortunate how MrD has declined over the last 12 months, they don't even respond to customer service tickets anymore.

Placed my order which never arrived. Called a lady who sounded fast asleep and she assured me my order will be delivered.After 1 hour the order gets canceled due to no drivers yet you are a delivery company.

The prices have been increased exorbitantly and top that off with a sh!t service.

Go and look at my account and see how much I used you in the past but never again.

Pathetic excuse for a company.

Mr D should be closed down !!!! I

If I could I would give 0 stars my order is 40 min late (already paid for) and there is no way to contact Mr D, the send me a email saying they are investigating my order and if I have questions I should reply to the email. I replied to the email and then I got an automatic reply saying that they no longer respond to the emails.

It's 21:20 and all the shops are closed now me and my family is going to have to go to sleep hungry!

Ordered from KFC savannah mall in polokwane and the Mr D driver called and said he has my order but Mr D cannot deliver to where i was he then switched off his phone with the order marked delivered on the app. Went to KFC i was redirected to Mr D but i couldn’t get help!
Bad Experience with the company and they’re not reliable

This company is a scam,I advice people better go pick up their food or use the Uber food.this mr D is useless,I bought food yesterday around 15:00 at dawn park fishaways even now nix,I phone Mr D customer care and said they can't refund me rather go a fetch ur food,when I arrived at fishaways they said they thrown away my food since well they were yesterday food ND they advised to seek refund from Mr D but Mr D refused.this company is kak.

I will never order from them ever again...so useless yoooh ...this is the third time having the same problem 😕 😒 😪...MrD oscam...

Have no idea why there is so much hate because of isolated incidents, I’ve ordered from mr d maybe 100 times and have had issues maybe 5 of those times . They’re usually fast and reliable

They never have change. And are so rude.

Rather collect your own food or use Uber eats . We placed our food order just to follow up 1 Hour and 7min later . We phoned the restaurant and they are closed and we phone Mr D just to get an answer the driver didn't pick up the food WHAT THE ACTUAL FU#K !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not only is a family with 2 small kids not going to eat but will we receive our refund? Don't ever use them

I officially hate Mr D and I have decided to delete the app. From now on I will be using Uber eats. I have experience several issues with them and kept giving them changes but they have completely screwed me over.

I just want to tell people , rather just use Uber eats that’s all. The driver ran out of battery before delivering and decided to mark it as delivered

Ordered and food was delivered 55 minutes after it was collected at the restaurant - ice cold.
We threw it away. You just cannot reheat cold chips.
To add injury to insult the driver was very arrogant and did not accept responsibility. Neither did Mr D delivery. They tried to appease us wirh a R30.00 voucher. Really? What an insult.

Your delivery drivers are very rude too customers they never have change they want to make it the customers problem if they don't have change your service is horrible 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nissas Takeaway Palmview

I ordered a chicken tikka burger with chips. Buy one and get one free special. The fillets were extremely hard more like rocks. The chips was very sloppy and oily. My 8 year old couldn't even bite into it. I had to discard the fillet away with dissatisfaction. Never would I consider buying from Nissas Palmview again 😔 Food should be made with pride . If you're not passionate about food then one shouldn't be selling food. The Tikka burger had no tikka sauce or flavouring. Nissas Palmview is certainly a disappointment.

I have ordered from UberEats and Bolt Foods. However this was my first time ordering off MrD.
Honestly the WORST.
The driver had no GPS enabled.
Collection was exactly 7PM on the dot.
No live update on if the driver is on their way and I live 700 m away from the place.
Order took longer than 20 minutes to get here.
Left a few messages, hoping the driver would respond, and NOTHING.

Logged a complaint with MRD because wow.
Food was even slightly cold when it came here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst service ever!!! I’m literally starving, the driver never showed up nor phoned or sent me a text to say they outside or have collected or on their way! What the actual hell ?! I’ll never use you guys again, also for me to get refunded only 50% back? How! I DID NOT RECEIVE THE FOOD FOR Goodness SAKE!

If there was ZERO stars I would have selected that!!

The driver was lost and I live 800meters from restaurant. My order finally arrived half an hour late, with ZERO communication after me sending multiple messages to him and trying to contact Mr D support which by the way no one answered, by this stage I had already placed a new order for the same food items from the same restaurant.

Only after logging all necessary steps to receive a refund for this order.

ISSUES EXPERIENCED
1. He did not respond to my messages, I sent multiple.
2. He was further away from the restaurant than my address, why he not using GPS? He is a delivery driver!
3. My address is 800meters away from the restaurant that should take the driver less than 2 minutes to arrive
4. The food was cold and wet and not at the quality I expected.

If it’s going to take a driver 30+ minutes to deliver food when I am 800meters away from the restaurant then the delivery is completely useless? I might as well drive myself to the restaurant, don’t you agree?

To conclude, my rage would’ve been suppressed should Mr D grant me with a full refund which they refuse, I feel like I’m having email wars with them getting nowhere.

I will never use their service again.
I am so so upset.
