S*** experience, I accidentally ordered twice however I then cold steers to cancel the order they accepted the cancellation however when I called Mr d to cancel they said that the order had already been prepared which was incorrect because they said they won't make it also. They then chose to prepare the order after I had canceled just so that they wouldn't refund me

I am absolutely happy with the services I get from MrD I have no complaints at all I give 5*

Worst ever.Every single time...not kidding every...single...time a problem with orders.Food items missing,every time.Cooldrinks always half empty apparently spilt and not their fault.Never ever had a good delivery.Cannot believe I'm still using this crappy service.Nobthank you.Im deleting it.

They inflate the price per item ordered by up to 40%, then add a delivery fee and tip on top of the inflated price. So on average your order delivery fee is over R100!! This is NOT disclosed and therefore hidden!! Check your receipt from the store and compare with what you pay in Mr d invoice!!

I have made three orders that have been always been delayed especially from Pick n Pay Bramely. It takes more than 2 hours to deliver my order.

Will definitely never use them again. The consultants seem to be trained to deflect and cover up problems, not solve them

Ive just rated you 1 start just because there is no option for zero stars.
I placed an order and only after two hours has passed when I decide to place a query, I was told the online store is close and will only be getting my order tomorrow while my off day is today 🤷‍♀️, tell my how that makes sense and yet again when canceling my order I have to wait 5 working days to get my refund. Ull never getting my business again and will make sure to spread your incompetence in all platforms 😡

Drivers are very unprofessional including their customer services. Uber eats is way better!

Trash trash trash.. just because they couldn't reach me on the phone for a few minutes they canceled my order and they're not even giving me my full refund. Never using this trash app again

Over 3 hours for a delivery, with zero correspondence from them. I'm writting this because its one of many instances that this has happened. Uber is far better.

I ordered from pick n pay, some items were missing. I wrote to them and guess what?! I was told to go to the store and lodge my complain there, how possible is this? I ordered online for a damn reason and again who will be paying for my travel expenses to and from the store? Me? I want my refund.. This is unacceptable and boring, we can't be treated this way.

Well this is the only way I can get hold of you currently. A certain Spur steak ranch tried to put you in the line of fire about your prices, and tried to blacken your name. When I was actually complaining to them about THEIR lack of options, and the outlandish sides they add to increase their menu prices. They are creating a 'wastful culture' just wanted to give you a heads up.

The drivers is very unprofessional the driver refused to drive a block further to drop off food at the address provided resulting in me walking the block to collect my food and then he proceeded to be rude regarding the delivery, today my food was only delivered after one and a half hours after receiving the notification that he is on his way he proceeded to stay at the restaurant for 20 minutes before driving to deliver my food upon arrival i asked him to please read the instructions as the delivery was for my husband after 10 minutes he messaged me stating that he is still waiting outside but the instructions clearly states he needs to go to the reception and ask for my husband I really think they should employ people that want to work I will personally not recommend Mr D to anyone and I won't be using them again I will also state my opinion to anyone wanting to use this service

I received a completely different order, I tried to contact them via WhatsApp support and waited 45 min to get a response, they closed the case while I was typing (4 minutes after their last message)

This Is the third or fourth time that this is happening they accept my orders and then they don't want to deliver my food telling me to walk to come fetch it if I had a car do you think I would be using this app useless app really I wouldn't recommend Mr delivery to no one. They even increase the prices on the app to make something out of the deal which is fine but then provide kak service that is not OK. The driver then cancels my order and I have to wait for my money to be refunded back to me so pathetic.

Why every time when I order the driver says I don't have change and I think thay so have change there scaming us

Just do not download this app the service and support are so useless not worth it when there is a mistake with the order like late or missing items don't hold your breath for a refund or even just a coupon. The support always just said we will look then just dead silence nevet hear back from them this is how you treat your client base this ia way uber eats are beter at least they do something about a customers complaint rather go with uber eats mr delivery worst service i have ever received
