Only reply to emails over the last week seem to be automated telling me the order is now showing as delivered despite fully explaining the issue several times.

If these reviews are monitored, please confirm dispatch/delivery date for the missing 2 items or offer a refund, next step is involving card fraud department to pursue.

I also have been charged £32 on my credit card for sanitizer. This also has not arrived. I will contact my ctedit card company if no one replies.

Strongly agree with previous reviewer that blatant crisis profiteering through hiking the price of hand sanitizer needs to be remembered. No problems at all with ordering, delivery, product or customer service, if not for that would have been one star.

Placed an order for 1 bottle of hand sanitizer on 03/04. Money taken, confirmation email received, then silence. No despatch email or tracking number. Emailed "customer services" but got no response, just chased and have been told it's been delivered! We've been in for the entire time and have not received goods.
Would not recommend using this company
Update: Upon further pressing I now have my delivery. After eventually receiving the tracking number it appears something went wrong with the delivery as it shows dispatched on the day I purchased.

Update: Mr Pets have now solved the below. The product was delivered. Thank you. I have therefore changed my rating to three stars.

Firstly, I must state I have previously placed three orders from Mr Pets and they all arrived safely.
However, my Mother placed an order a month ago and Mr Pets took the £32 from her account but have never sent the sanitizer nor any confirmation email with any order number details.
I have contacted customer services (Sue) many times but simply receive the stock response she posts on this forum. But as yet, still no positive follow up.
This is a shocking way to treat a customer especially as she is an 80 year old vulnerable person who is simply trying to buy something to help protect her in these difficult times.
As I write, I have also had good experiences, so it seems it is chance how likely you will receive your goods or lose your money - and from the feedback on this site 30% customers have had a bad experience (over a hundred people in a short time - that’s quite impressive)!! So not the best odds ...

No email confirmation of order received at all. Order arrived after a 11 days and 2 follow up emails. Reason for the 1 star is their decision to price at £30 per bottle of hand sanitizer. This should be remembered and future customers should consider whether they wish to support a company who profited from the pandemic.

Very poor service ordered 3x 500ml sanatiser and received 2 cannot contact them very dodgy wished I read reviews first

You have been emailed a copy of invoice you sent me I am sure you have copies there check your emails and you will find I have sent you a copy your reviews are very poor I await a parcel with the 3rd bottle of sanatiser

I am getting worried - I too bought Hand Sanitizer at £32 (now £25 I see) I ordered on 22 March and receive a confirmation email. I got another email on 30 March saying it had been shipped. I emailed Customer services on 8 April and have not yet received a response - I emailed them again today. I am fully aware that everyone is very busy at this difficult time - however these timescales are a bit worrying.

I ordered hand sanitizer last week and did not receive a invoice, so I found mr per on trustpilot and to my horror read all the negative reviews, I then contacted mr pet and left a rather horrible massage not expecting a response and convinced I had been scammed, the next day I received a email back informing me that my hand sanitizer would be with me on the Friday only 3 days after I order it, I honestly would not panic you will get your product,

Like many others, I was worried that I wouldn't be getting my sanitiser but it did arrive within 4 or 5 days of my order. I would say they need to get their order & delivery process sorted. I had no confirmation email or anything to say that it was out for delivery.

After reading the recent reviews I was slightly worried, however under the current circumstances I am extremely impressed with the service and the delivery time being only 3 days. Thank you I would certainly recommend you to others

Following up from my previous review I have to report that I received my Sanitiser last evening.
It was a couple of days overdue but it has arrived and this site is not a scam.
I would ask Mr Pets to communicate better with their customers to alleviate all the problems with late deliveries or change the narrative in their advert.

Awful customer service
THIS IS MY SECOND TRUST PILOT REVIEW. Responded to Mr Pets request for order number etc, as no goods been dispatched for order placed 17th March 2020 for hand sanitiser. Requested refund as no good received. No response. Will be taking this further with my credit card provider.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two bottles of hand sanitiser and i places acseparate order for my daughter in London. It was expensive but I was desperate as I didn’t have any.

I did receive the two for my home address but I did not receive the one for my daughter. They took the money from my account for three but I only got two. Very disappointed indeed

I was unhappy when i dont get an email for the order i have today i got so i rate them 5 star

The product is good but their advertising is very mislead
Ing as I am sure like others I was purchasing 3 bottles of sanitiser for £32 which is very expensive but to discover that it only bought you one bottle is criminal

This Company is 100% genuine as was my Order from them. Yes I had to wait for it to arrive, but during a time of extremely high demand and some people are just too impatient, hence the negative responses. I received confirmation of my Order and any emails from myself were responded to. Product arrived and is excellent quality. I will buy again and from Mr Pets. Please do not be put off by negative feedback on here, they are 100% genuine and the product is excellent.

Thank you, was slighlty concerned that this product wouldn't arrive after reading some negative comments but I was proved wrong. I ordered the hand sanitizer which arrived in a week. Very pleased.

I ordered 3 x 500ml of hand sanitiser on the 2nd April, no email confirmation of order but 'apparently' the hand sanitiser was in stock, with a 3-5 day delivery. No sign of it. Money has been taken from my credit card however. I am not impressed with this company at all. If you cannot deliver within the time frame posted on your website just say so!!!

I made my order on the 25th March 2020
No email confirmation, when asked the provided me with a random 5 digit code. No tracking details and still no confirmation email.
I grew suspicious and contacted my credit card company, was strange that evening I received what looked like a invoice done on a word document.
And still waiting for my hand sanitiser.
All the positive review I believe to be fake as well as this company. Out scamming Britain in time of crisis!! People with outstanding orders get your bank on their case to shut this down!
