I received the watch strap gift box as a Christmas gift, and the poor quality was obvious the moment I opened it. When I tried the strap on my watch, it would not lock into place properly, making it unusable. I requested a refund and sent two clear videos proving the fault, yet I have received no meaningful help. Despite multiple attempts, they are refusing to provide a return address, effectively blocking me from returning the item or receiving a refund.

Maddie was very helpful and gave me a great customer experience.

I’m excited about the different levels of elegance in these bands. Yes, Amazon is a great deal for convenience, but Pretty Strap takes the look to another level.

Alex was very responsive to my dilemma concerning the watch covers that were included in the band set. I had to go back to her several times to clarify how the new order would process. Each time, she was quick to respond and solve my problem.

Really nice straps and easy to fit and adjust with the instruction videos online. Great customer service as I had a slight scratch on one strap and this was quickly replaced without the need to return the original.

I ordered covers for my Apple Watch. They arrived in a timely fashion and add class to my watch. They snap on easily and stay on.

Items are stunning, even better than the photos. All fit perfectly, are of excellent quality and have revolutionised my “tired” Apple Watch. Delivery to Australia was also super fast. Definitely keeping this in mind for the future although the three I have just purchased are so great that I am not certain when I would need more!

PrettyStrap is luxury made affordable as it looks and feels just like the expensive name brand company that sells watches that range from 700-10k. I own a rolex but for fitness and communication purposes I tend to wear my apple watch more often these days. This band has not only the look of luxury but the feel of it too.

My strap broke. They did repair/replace it but it broke again.

I have bought may things from My Pretty Strap and have had great experiences before. This time, not so much. After I ordered and got the shipment notification I noticed that it was not moving beyond “label created. Awaiting package.” I contacted customer service who just dismissed me and said they would deal with it after 15 days. I wanted this order for Christmas… I reached out to Maddie again who told me to just wait the 15 days. At 15 days I reached out yet again. I was told that I still had one more day for it to arrive “but I will go ahead and open a case for you anyway”. Gee thanks. After a day or two I get confirmation that it was “stuck/lost while in transit” and hooray- “I have processed to reship your order. It should go out shortly.” seriously? If you had just looked at the tracking initially you would have seen I’m not a complete idiot like you treated me. It is now December 26- no chance of being a Christmas gift. I’ll go ahead and take my business elsewhere next time.
