I was in the process of placing an order for both an apple watch band and watch cover. I had a question in regard to which cover color/finish would pair best with the watch band that I had selected. I reached out to the Customer Care Team and received not only a reply from Maddie, but also a photo of both the watch band and watch cover in question. It was so helpful for me to see the pair and I appreciate Maddie "going above and beyond" in order for me to make my selection. Although I have not as yet received my order, I am certain that I will be pleased with my choice. I finally bought my first Apple Watch for my 60th birthday (December 13, 2025). I had been seeing the “My Pretty Strap” advertisement on Facebook and decided to take advantage of the sale. Very happy with the purchase. The bands look expensive and I received nice comments.

I ordered a strap and watch cover for my wife's Apple Watch. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but Alex in customer service was absolutely wonderful and helped me rectify my mistake. I received my straps but unfortunately one of them was defective. Maddie was my customer service rep and was very helpful and responsive to fixing my issue. The straps are beautiful and I am very pleased.

i contacted customer support in relation to a missing piece and they were very prompt to reply and sent me a full replacement of the staple instead of the missing piece

I received an email from Julie advising of one of the strap style I ordered was unavailable and what would I like to do? I responded and asked if the same style in a different color was available. The next day, she responded yes and she has replaced the one that was unavailable with the one that is. She advised my order is processed and I should be receiving shortly. Julie was very efficient and prompt.
