This company is phenomenal!!!! I received a 35mm instead of a 45mm watch face cover. They immediately responded to my email and gave me a coupon code for 50% off and free shipping to order the correct one! The straps are truly amazing and great quality will use them again

I’m amazed at the level of customer service I received. Shortly after making a purchase I realized I had a discount code that I didn’t use. I placed the order a 2nd time using the discount but forgot to cancel the original order. Somewhere along the way someone noticed that I had placed 2 of the same order back to back. Rather than just send the items as most companies would have done, Alex from customer care reached out to me to double check if there was a mistake. I let Alex know what happened and they promptly canceled my first order. I was shocked at the attention to detail and ease of resolution. I was already pleased with the order I placed a month ago so adding this to the mix has definitely earned Pretty Straps a customer for life!

When my son found out that he did not receive the delivery of the strap ordered, he immediately thought he was dealing with a doggy website- he checked with yodel and he was assured that the parcel was delivered. I sent an email to the support team, within 24 hrs I received a response back from Maddie to guide through more checks . We found that the parcel was delivered by mistake to someone else address. So thank you Maddie to being responsive and caring. Have a great time during this festive period.

I ordered 3 straps - my first order with My Pretty Strap. They are beautiful. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the straps. I sent notification to the company and they were very responsive. After I was unable to resolve the issue, they notified me they were sending a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised and so pleased with how Ron handled this. I will be purchasing more.

I had ordered the wrong items and I needed to exchange them. Customer service was very good. We communicated through emails and I always heard back from them. They try hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them.

One of my straps fell apart while taking it off my wrist - not under duress and it was not reparable - though I did try. Sent picture and order to customer service and they could not help beyond offering a 20% discount to buy more product because I had band over the 30day period. Technically I understand - but not a good policy for a product like this. It is not an inexpensive band, and I had purchased 2.
Won’t be ordering from this company further.

I sent an email and received a response in less than 24 hours and on Thanksgiving from Maddie. She answered my question and I am very thankful that she took time out of her Thanksgiving to respond so quickly.

This was my second purchase from My Pretty Strap. The quality is phenomenal. My first straps and face covers still look brand new. There is literally a strap for every occasion. I get compliments everywhere I go. People ask if I had a professional Jewler create these pieces. This second purchase got mailed out and then Canada Post went on strike, so my package was stuck. I contacted Support, Ron responded within a few hours and had another package sent out through a private courier. Not only is their product phenomenal, but their customer service is second to none!

Love my bands. Now I can wear my Apple Watch when I dress up. Had a problem with a clasp on one and they replaced it.

I was given an Apple Smart Watch as a gift. From day one I never liked the silver, it never matched my gold rings. Then I see this company on facebook and took my chance and ordered a cover that hid the silver and made it gold. The added features were the brilliant diamond type stones. I just love it. The straps are pretty cool and unique too.

I am yet to receive my order. But in the mean time before shipment Maddie has been helpful in answering my questions promptly.
