Arnaque !!! Ma fille à commander de sweat shirt brodés. Lorsqu'ils sont arrivés les broderies n'étaient pas celles demandées. Ils refusent de rembourser la commande totale conformément à leur politique de remboursement et offrent juste 15 % de remise 😡
Ils font traîner les échanges par mail afin d'atteindre les 30 jours pour les retours et ne proposent aucune solution correcte.
Depuis mon refus de 15% plus aucune réponse de leur part.
En plus les pulls sont de très mauvaise qualité

The company is a scam. Ordered an embroidered jumper for £41 & a tip, it arrived as just a plain jumper 3 weeks later and absolutely no response from customer service. Lost out on money and an anniversary present for my partner. Avoid at all costs!

Awful. PLEASE BE AWARE. You are not restricted to how many letters you can add to a line, however they choose to not tell you that after a certain amount they start a new line. Instead of four lines of names we ended up with 8!!
Also misspelt, missed capital letters & an overall joke. Customer service or lack of should I say refuse a refund and do not respond to any emails. Didn’t want to have to post this but if it saves other people from disappointment then it’s worth it. Oh and of your name is too long they will cross over the letters to fit it on. Please do not purchase

Order a jumper for mothers day for my partner with our 3 children names on and date of births in roman numerals on the front with Mumma. i ordered a Medium and got sent a 2xl, the roman numerals where wrong to the date of births. obviously unwearable!

Sent email and they wanted me to pay £15 for another jumper! really bad in replying to emails.

I am going to take legal advice and will use peoples comments to build a portfolio.

Ordered a XL top with personalised names top arrived in a XL bag but was clearly marked M for medium on the garment label and it was a medium size. Asked for a refund or replacement garment the correct size and was offered a 10% refund. Since then I’ve had no other contact from them after I have sent a number of emails. Avoid this company they are shisters!!!!

Absolutely shocking "business". Ordered a medium hoodie which said "Cat Mama" on the neckline and had my 4 cats names on the sleeve in black writing. Got a small hoodie (in a bag that said it was a large!) with random roman numerals and full stops on the neckline and D♡ on the sleeve, in grey writing. The only thing that was right was the colour of the hoodie itself. Contacted them and they wanted £15 to expedite a replacement order. Errrr, no thanks! The cheek of it! We have zero confidence that the replacement would be correct. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The customer service is terrible, never responds to emails in a timely manner. Also, It is completely at their discretion when an item can be returned and that's unfair from a consumer stand point. I do not recommend purchasing from this business due to how they function.

If I could give no stars I would.
They messed up my order. Paid £12 for quick delivery, for it to turn up 12 days late. Took 13 days to reply to one email. Have not heard anything from them since. Super unhappy and a very dreadful company.

Terrible service! Paid for postage for a 5 day delivery! It did not come and it still hasn’t come. I’ve now read reviews on this site and wished I never ordered from them! STAY AWAY

It took 2 months to arrive. I contacted the customer service 5 times, no response. And the print went wrong. I wanted to words and they put a random date on my pullover. What exactly did I pay for?!?
I want my money back.

Order'ed 2 Sweatshirts with express shipping which said package will be shipped in 5 till 7 days. Paid extra for this, the package arrived 1 Month and 5 days after ordering. Wrote to info@mytopcustom multiple times they never answered. 0 Tracking possibility, i thought got scammed till received a message from DHL. After receiving the package i had to realise that the product was not as ordered. So a complete desaster! Don't Recommend to others at all, stay away from this platform !

I paid for expedited shipping and received it 45 days later. The product was not good quality. I questioned this company on the tracking of my order twice and never heard back. There is 0 customer service.

Do not use. My husband ordered me a custom top with my children’s name on and some of it has been put on terribly contacted customer service and they offered £2.25 compensation which is ridiculous! they should provide a replacement for poor quality. Obviously do no quality check before sending items out. AVOID!!!

Delivery took close to a month after it's estimated time. Sewing is loose and there was zero contact from the customer service.

Ordered a custom sweatshirt for my mum for Mother's Day and it has the incorrect labels and the wrong size! At least it arrived on time but not going yo try and get a refund, but from the looks of other reviews it's not going to go well! Suppose lesson learned!

Wish I read the review here before placing the order. Ordered on 17 February and no news until now. Anyone able to get the refund? They don’t reply the email at all…..

Its close to a month since i ordered a couple hoodies for our 1 year together. Haven't received it yet, and no contact or response on my email's. They took my money right away tho, so one thing they are fast with..
