I ordered from Mytopcustom on Dec 8, 2023. We are at the end of March 2024 and I still did not receive my parcel. Their delivery partner just LOST it. I keep emailing mytopcustom and they never reply to me, I have sent more than 12 emails, one reply after the 6th reminder saying they will look into it... and they stopped returning my emails. Scammers!

I wish I could give this company, NO stars. My wife out of the goodness of her heart paid a good amount of money for this hoodie for me as a gift on Valentine’s Day!

It took over a month for us to get the hoodie, the hoodie was two sizes too small, and they messed up the entire order and did nothing right.

Also, the material is pathetic and I 100% do not recommend this product or website to purchase anything from.

At first, I thought I’d give this company a shot, then saw the reviews and started to wonder about my order. It did arrive after 4 weeks of waiting, BUT the quality was absolutely terrible! It’s a cheap hoody that’s the wrong size and it’s supposed to be stitched embroidery for the letters etc but instead they’ve just stuck the letters on. The writing is cheap ironed on stickers and feel terrible. Completely not worth the money and not what they advertised!! Now will attempt a refund but doubt it as they aren’t responding to emails

Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews on here before I ordered from Mytopcustom. It is very much a SCAM. I purchased a sweatshirt from them weeks and weeks ago it was supposed to come in 5 to 10 days. The tracking information has not been updated in over 20 days. DO NOT ORDER

Never received the parcel!!

I reached them, they ignore my emails until I told them that I will take it further to the customer protection. They replayed vague, delayed and postponed the answers so I will forget. It passed 1 year since never received anything.

Alsjeblieft koop hier niks. Ik wacht nu al 3 weken op mijn pakket, heb 44 euro er voor betaald.
2 engelse emails gestuurd en geen reactie gekregen.
Ik kan dus duidelijk zeggen dat ik opgelicht ben. (Dit is mijn eerste keer, naja dan hebben we dat ook weer gehad.) Ik ga nooit meer iets kopen van een insta reclame. Had ik maar eerder hier gekeken.

I ordered two sweatshirts. They took quite a while to get here, which I would have been fine with if the product I received was correctly done. The stitching on one sweatshirt was good quality and had the correct date, but the incorrect letter on the sleeve. The second sweatshirt had the correct date and the correct letter on the sleeve, but the quality of the stitching on the sleeve was so tiny and bad in comparison to the other sweatshirt - like it was maybe done by someone learning how to sew. I tried to send an email last week with pictures included and a screenshot of the original order for comparison - no response. I plan to try to get my money back somehow.

I ordered a sweater for my husband with our wedding date. The date I added was “X.XXVIII.MMXXIII” and I received “V.XXVIII.MMXXIII” I thought it wasn’t a big deal since they have refund and return policy.. The BIG but is that I have already sent several emails trying to contact support with pictures attached and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. What a coincidence as well that when you leave a 1 star review on their website “magically” don’t appear.

First I paid for express shipping on the 6th of February which was a lot of money and was supposed to come in withing 4 to 6 days. It came on the 26th, 20 days later and the customer service rep has yet to give me my refund, on top of that, they put the wrong info on the shirt! This company is a scam, don't purchase from them and save your money!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still did not arrive, I’ve sent multiple emails but no one answers.

Ordered a jumper and a tshirt on the 18th jan and it’s the 22nd feb, it still hasn’t arrived when it was supposed to be a two week delivery window. Luckily, for me, I’ve contacted my bank who will investigate them and hopefully give me a refund. The tracking still hasn’t updated. I contacted the company several times for an update on my order and I am yet to receive a response.

Order placed 24th Jan, received after collection from courier center myself on 20th Feb.
Very bad quality, thin material, the embroidery on the front is very asymmetric, thus its useless. Also, ordered XL and received XXL, which is huge.
Very overpriced, customer service completely unavailable, only the carrier YunExpress replied a bit, but they are not trustworthy for on-time deliveries. Really wish I hadn't wasted 50€ on such brand. Do your research and use local embroidery shops.

Placed an order on February 7th. Paid for expedited shipping which I believe was 4-7 or 5-7 business days which at the time would’ve been here in time for Valentine’s Day. Didnt get it, okay no big deal. Me and my gf anniversary is February 22nd, so I can give her the gift for our anniversary….Here it is February 20 and still haven’t received anything! Tracking status is pointless. It’s been in the same status for two weeks now. Don’t bother. $86 down the drain!

They’re a scam. They charged my account and never sent me a confirmation email and when I followed up on the order… they never got back to me. I should have read the reviews thoroughly before submitting my order…. I’m so upset. My gift for Valentine’s Day is no longer.

Total scam. Ordered on the 4th February and its now the 19th and the tracking info has been stuck on "information received" since the 5th Feb. I've contacted them 3 times in different ways to ask whats going on and no reply. Waste of £50. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I ordered this as they promised 5-10 days delivery so thought it would arrive nicely for Valentine’s Day as a thoughtful gift for my husband. I have emailed the company three times with no response at all … I thought I thought I had been scammed until I read the reviews on here (wish I had read prior to ordering!!) still waiting for my order or any response from the company …
The tracking info supplied by the company has not changed from date of posting absolutely useless …

Straight up scam. It’s been weeks and after multiple emails still nothing. Do not buy from this company!!

Waited a month for the order. They screwed up the letterring still no response from them on how to exchange it.
Very cheap material, letters are stickers,
won’t last long. Stay away
