If I could do zero stars I would. I received the incorrect date on my sweatshirt. The date was from over a hundred years ago. I emailed this company two times in the past two weeks with zero response from them. Save your money and don’t order from them.

I ordered from this website prior to reading the reviews, after reading the reviews I was so worried that my order wasn't going to turn up or look horrendous. Admittedly, it took 3.5 weeks delivery time and its not the absolute best quality but you get what you pay for. For a £68 order of a jumper and a hoodie, I am quite happy with the stitching/quality, the initials and dates are correct on both and they look really cute!

Ordered on 31st January got 13th February. Cheap material very thin
Also the custom "logo" looks stitched in the picture but is painted so wont last long before creasing or peeling off only good thing it arrived before vday very overpriced for the quality you get also white sweatshirt has very grummy marks on both sleves and back of sweatshirt maybe from machinery or grubby fingers and wont come out in the wash looks stained

Great Hoodie. The sending took a little bit too long (3 weeks) but the quality is good!

Delivery took 2 weeks. I am satisfied with the quality of the sweaters since they wear cheap. Details of embroidery could be better but also easy to clean up loose ends with a lighter. Overall happy because the reviews on here led me to believe i might had been scammed. Also details of shipment are available, its a little hidden on the website but theres a link from 17 track or something. Not a scam!!

Wish there was a way to give zero stars. Ordered a hoody for my other half for valentine's day. Got an email saying it had shipped. Since then there's no updates on the status. Emailed multiple times, no response. Messaged on Facebook, no response. No telephone number. Clearly won't ever turn up. Submitting a claim with my bank

Can't recommend this company at all. Ordered sweatshirt on 12/11. Sent several emails during January inquiring about my order with no reply. Submitted a claim via PayPal and they responded with "Your order was successfully delivered, check with your family and neighbors." I was 1 day from asking PayPal for a refund and my order arrived on 2/8. Not giving 1 star because the sweatshirt seems decent quality and is true to sizing.

I purchased two hoodies, both of these are not as advertised on the website and are very poor quality. I have since emailed the company with no response. Wish I’d of read these reviews before purchasing

I had the same experience as basically every other 1 star review on here, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 hoodies from the site a month ago, two days later I got 'shipping confirmation' saying that the shipping info was received by Yun Express. Now I sit here writing this review a month later with no further shipping update and no sign of my hoodies. I emailed several times trying to get information on my order and have gotten zero response. I wish I had come on here to read these reviews before ordering, so if you are reading this DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Complete scam they will waste your time and money.

Is a scam !!! They topk my money and didn’t send me anything. I’ve beeb waiting for the order for 2 months, no one ansewers my email.

Sweatshirts came but are poor quality and the stitching is coming undone. Sent email to customer service for a refund and haven’t heard back. Resent email and now getting it bounced back stating email is mailer undelivered. The online store is showing the same email as I have been sending to. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I payed 48 eu for a hoodie, but the order didn't proceed because they say I haven't payed... Wish I read the reviews on here sooner. On the website of the store the reviews were really good, but fake appearantly... stupid shop, don't buy !

Ordered 3rd jan, still nothing nearly an entire month later. Says shipped but has no update, doesn’t even say in flight etc, and really hard to contact apart from an email address. Emailed them for an update.

Ordered a hoodie for a birthday present, it arrived with the wrong initials embroidered on, quality of item was also poor. Sent an email with photo of the wrong initials their response was I can keep the hoodie as a gift (why would I want it with the wrong initials) and I’m to send extra money for them to send out the correct one!! Shocking customer service, poor quality. Please do not waste your money.

Awful quality!!! Ordered a sweatshirt, months later hot mess arrived. Is is much different from the pictures on their website. This sweatshirt is stiff, cheaply made, and took forever to get to me. Emailed them twice to remedy to no avail. It is interesting how their website do not allow you to leave a review. Wonder why is that? After wasting over $40, there is no recourse at this point.

Customer Service is terrible. I placed my order on Dec 26th, the site reads 5-7 business days. I have emailed 3 times inquiring on my order with NO response. This was a gift. I have not received tracking number, nothing. I should have read the reviews before placing an order. NOT HAPPY!

Ordered as an anniversary present for my girlfriend as our 1 year anniversary was on Christmas Day. I was promised delivery before Christmas Day yet it turned up on the 3rd of December leaving me without an anniversary present to give her. The hoodies quality was awful too, thin and the text on it was heat printed when it said it would be woven. I also accidentally printed the text on the center of the chest instead of the right side, I realised straight away and emailed to ask if there was a possibility of it being changed to which they replied with “be more careful next time” and offered me no help whatsoever and I haven’t heard from them since. Awful company PLEASE DO NOT BUY 🚨
