I was contacted by Nana to get warranty work performed on my fridge. I have had the GE guy out 6 times and continued to have problems with it. Nana sent out Wilson and he was amazing. Actually took the time to diagnose the fridge and figure out what was the reoccurring problem. I can't be more happy with my experience! Thanks again Wilson

Church on time!!
Technician Edson arrived on time was polite got right to the problem, diagnosed the issue fixed the dishwasher told me what the problem was and how to rectify the existing issue with my water temp.
