I’m feeling overwhelmed by calls…

I was looking for a home warranty and this company Home safe representatives will not stop calling me even after I told them I had selected another company. I feel like I am being harassed. I would block a number and representatives keep calling from different numbers this is a turn off to me. I probably would not choose Home safe based on just this. This the only way maybe I can stop the calls by doing this post. Thank you

I called to get a copy of my policy and Brianna was very friendly and helpful. She sent a new policy out to me while I was on the phone with her.

I put a claim on a plumbing problem

I put a claim on a plumbing problem. Home safe called a plumbing company. The company told home safe they will take the job, but they didn't really want to because in the past the plumbing company had a problem getting paid. So I called my own plumber and I asked home safe if that would be ok , but I had to send the estimate. The company came out to give me an estimate. I had to pay 150.00 to home safe. Home safe told me the claim was approved. I waited for a few days I didn't hear anything from the plumber, so I called home safe again and told them i haven't heard anything from the plumber. Home safe called the plumber to find out why. The plumber told them he wanted the money upon completion of the job. Home safe told the plumbing company they send the money by check through the mail. The company told them upon completion. Home safe wanted me to pay I told them I don't have that kind of money. That tells me there's some truth about what the first plumbing company said. I told home safe to cancel my account with them and refund my 150.00 . Home safe told me since I had a plumber come out they can't refund my money. I don't see why I had to lose my money because of the situation, it's not my fault home safe won't pay for the services. So be aware of home safe.

Great Company! Great Service!

This was my first time using a home warranty service. My experience could not have been better. Each person I spoke with at HomeSafe was so polite and helpful. They were patient and talked me through what needed to be done, and they were able to help me find a service company to replace my defective item.

Sent a receipt in October

Sent a receipt in October. Sent it an additional four times. Still was not paid. This representative gave me another email. She indicated that they got it and they were transferring to be paid.

Home safe is always there when I call…

Home safe is always there when I call about an issue. They are always helpful in getting a technician to my house quickly. My issues are always fixed and if not they are quick to issue a check so I can buy a new item that broke down on me. I'm very pleased 😀 with Home safe!
