Swift and satisfactory job
We were going to receive service on Tuesday but received a call and a text message from Daniel on Monday that he could come on Monday. It just happened that Monday worked better than Tuesday. Also, we were just going to head out but had not done it yet, so the timing was perfect. The machine was fixed in around 10 minutes, and the communication was very good.

Dryer was brand new which was so annoying but technician came quickly, diagnosed quickly and was rescheduled to fix about 2 weeks later. He was good. But issue has come up again so I’m not sure if I have a lemon or the fix wasn’t proper.

Getting an appointment with Nana was extremely easy and fast. Their system kept me up to date with every step of the process, including giving me a heads up as to exactly when my technician was expected to arrive. Bryce, our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our machine quickly. He even took the time to reinstall our machine at just the right placement to accommodate for our uneven floors.
