Awful, incompentent, often unreachable and zero customer service or responsibility for their failures

Dealing with Nana tech has been one of the must frustrating and infuriating experiences of my life, stretched over many months. Our cooktop was in need of repair, Nanatech was sent as part of our Home Warranty service and their technician came out 5 separate times, making 4 separate repairs. None of which worked. It was apparent that the technician who was sent (the same one each time) was not knowledgeable enough to fix the issue, he would have to call another technician to guide him through what to try next.

Every time they were supposed to be ordering a part, I had to chase them down myself to get the part ordered and schedule an appointment with their technician. This meant at least a week in between each visit - I dealt with them over the course of 4 MONTHS - without resolution. Having a cooktop that wasn’t fully functional since July 2022 - at the time of this writing in November 2022 my cooktop is still not repaired and Nana has since thrown their hands up on the issue saying they can’t fix it.

To top it off, on the last visit the same technician stripped the screws on the burners leaving it damaged enough that the next company the home warranty company sent was unable to evaluate or repair the issue any further.

On top of that, their customer service is non-existent - you are literally unable to speak to anyone by phone and they make it exceedingly difficult to schedule an appointment, get any kind of update on status or understand any current holdups.

This company has shown repeated incompetence, negligence and lack of care for customer service and the home warranty company has even let me know that they have gotten repeated complaints from other customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are taking no responsibility for their failure to fix this issue over many many months or the damage they have now caused, making the problem even worse. They should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau and forced out of business.

I've never had worse customer support

I am having a nightmare of a time dealing with damage to my floors caused by the leak from the unfinished repair! I've sent numerous emails (because there is NO contact information to the company itself) and the website and service email is totally useless. I haven't received EVER a response to my numerous emails and the lack of professionalism coupled with the wasted hours trying to get in contact with them is frustrating! I would never do business with this company! I still don't have my claim resolved Claim # - 312207178 /request (80335)

First, I am not sure when you initiated your damage complaint, however the first record I see is from 11/23 and we sent you the damage survey 11/24. Excellent service

CJ was pleasant and professional. He was able to diagnose and rectify the issue quickly and efficiently. He also made sure the workspace was clean and the dishwasher was functional. The ease of making the appointment and the prompt text messages for both the appointment and the technician response were extremely helpful. Thank you.

Quality Service

The person, Shirl, who made the pre appointment call was pleasant and patient as she helped me through the process. The technician, Danjel, was pleasant, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Nana’s service.

Nana uses subcontractors!

Nana uses subcontractors it was a challenge for them to send a repairman too service our dishwasher, washer and dryer due to various reasons for cancelations. Once the first contractor they assigned came out he diagnosed the problem it took weeks for the parts to be ordered. We didn't know Nana had to order and mail out the parts to the homeowner. We found that out weeks later, after trying to get intouch with Nana's office. Communication with Nana's customer service office is horrible. It took months and 4 different subcontractors later for Nana to finally complete our repairs. Joe our last subcontractor assigned to repair our appliances was on time,knowledgeable, friendly, respectful to our home & health by wearing a mask. He was very focus on getting the repairs done in a timely manner.
Joe was an excellent contractor that's worth a
10-Star rating! That's my only reason for giving Nana a 5star rating for finding Joe.

Great Experience

The technician came as promised and called to state when he would arrive. Came in and did his job quickly. He also kept me in the know of everything he was doing and helped with instructing on my stove! Great job Danjel!

They set appointments and never show, call, communicate. They are the WORST company to service anything. The only way to communicate with them is through a bot that can't answer questions, what a joke
