Any issue I have ever had I have phoned nannywage and the gentleman has helped hugely within seconds!! He has a great attitude and really made my experience so positive! Been with nannywage for over 2 years and it’s so simple!!!

Do not use this company, the male accountant is extremely aggressive and never works in partnership. You get what you pay for, they clearly do not have any customer service skills and furthermore, it must be down to his age where he should be retiring now as he keeps on sending incorrect payslips with the wrong value and when challenged he has an abusive threatening behaviour who belittles you, despite it is him offering a service which is paid for and does not accept his mistakes. As you can guess I have now changed Payroll providers who are a lot more customer focus and attention to detail with no mistakes with their paperwork.

I guarantee they will try and cover themselves and pretend I did not have a subscription with them in their response.....

Avoid this company at all costs remember the saying the cheapest ends up being the dearest !

I have used nannywage for years to pay our nanny. The payslips arrive in a timely manner and they take care of all the new admin involved in pensions and anything else that crops up.
