Excellent, hassle free service w.r.t. salary slips, pension and HRMC tax management. As a customer, I don't have to bother about keeping track of payment to be made to HMRC or the process. During the Covid-19 crises, I got timely information on how to proceed with furlough and Nannywage team managed all the CJRS applications at their own end while keeping me informed of the process delays and what to expect when. Great service..no complains at all.

All in all a good service and cheap, need to make sure you get them information for payroll early or it gets missed. They did all the furlough payments correctly which was good.

Thanks Martin. However I have rung for three weeks and not once have I received an answering machine asking to send an email instead. It just rings out. If people are considering signing up for this service try calling yourself and see who is correct. I have lost patience and we will be cancelling our subscription as soon as we register and receive confirmation from another provider.

Excellent service over many years and throughout the C-19 lockdown (when other payroll companies left their clients in difficult situations and Nannywage really went above and beyond). Thorough and excellent value. Highly recommend.

I have utilised Nannywage for eight years. The service provided during this period has been absolutely excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. During this time With the help of Nannywage, have recruited five different childminders seamlessly. I also utilise Nannywage pension services which are also gold standard, well worth every penny spent.

Used for 4 years now and have been impressed with clarity of communication and ease of use. Takes away a lot of the headaches or paying a single employee and tax/pension implications.

I have used Nannywage for the last 8 years and found them to be very helpful especially around provideing duplicate wageslips or amending them when I forget to notify them for 6 months that our nanny's salary has changed. Would recommend.

Stay away from this company they have taken our money yet not given us the service we expected at all! They told us there were no hidden costs so we paid the £130+ yearly payroll fee thinking that would be it but no! All of a sudden there's a £67 fee to administer the employees pension. We deferred the pension start date for 3 months just in case the nanny didn't pass the probationary period but still had to pay that money up front. Turns out that the nanny left before the pension start date yet they refused to give us back the money saying they had done a declaration what a joke! On top of that they didn't send a payslip for the last month of employment so we were left not knowing what to pay the nanny. When we questioned it they said they'd send it and we'd receive it soon but this was rubbish. We never received one and instead of resending they told us by email the total. We then paid the nanny based on what they told us in the email but now later we've just had a bill to pay hmrc some of the money that we actually paid to the nanny because some of it was employee national insurance contributions. Due to the fact that the nanny has now taken this money we're now getting charged that amount again due to nannywage misinformation. Don't use them they are crap

Terrible service and extremely rude.

My wife's employer uses this company to do her payroll. After two months in a row of being over-taxed, I called up to ask what needed to be done to rectify the situation. I was genuinely shocked at how incredibly rude the guy who runs the firm was to me!

I was only asking some basic questions and was shouted at and hung up on. I then called the guy back and had to endure another rant before I finally got to the bottom of the situation. Avoid this company like the plague - they are cheap but it's worth paying a few extra pounds to speak to a polite human being.
