Nannywage have completely taken the stress out of the whole payroll and tax issue. We have used them for 4 years now. They produce payslips, contracts and tax calculations for us which has been a game changer for us in employing our nanny.
They are always incredibly helpful on email or over the phone if we have any queries.
A tiny area for improvement - their letters can sometimes be confusing and hard to read as the paragraphs are always in different fonts, colours and sizes. Perhaps a simplification of format would be more user friendly.
However, I highly recommend their service!

I have been using Nannywage for about 5 years and am impressed with their service. Over the past year their willingness to guide employers through the CJRS has been very helpful, enabling me to furlough my nanny with no additional administrative hassle. That was an additional benefit to my subscription which I could not have foreseen, but would not have wanted to be without.

I have been using Nannywage for 9 years. Overall I am happy with the service they provide for the price they charge. Occasionally payslips are a little late which can make things tricky but this has happened much less frequently recently. Written communication could be clearer to make it easier to follow

I have to say your service over the past 8 years has been great and I would recommend Nannywage to anyone. The service through Covid has been second to none, sorting all the furlough pay.

The majority of their staff are nameless Robots repeating themselves however Martin needs to probably go to the Customer Service academy to brush up his skills on how to speak and interact with customers. The negative reviews are a true reflection of this company

Steer clear of the company . Spend a little bit extra and get a decent service . Nannywage can only be described as a bunch of cowboys .

I’ve been using Nannywage for over a year and I’ve never had a problem. They always reply to your queries quickly and their price is quite competitive.
Their letters could benefit from being shorter with clearer instructions.

I am very happy with the service provided by Nannywage. I contacted them on a few occasions with questions and always received a polite and useful answer on the same day. I also like the fact that they send paper payslips that I can give directly to my nanny.

We've been with Nannywage since our nanny started in 2012 and whilst the service offered is in the main great and it's very good value, as mentioned by a few people here the customer service could be better. You will never get either an apology or admittance of fault when things go wrong, it is always the customer's fault. Letters sent do include all of the information you will need, however they are not easy to read and they are notable for their poor English. Nannywage did provide a furlough application process without any additional charge, however in my case their application returned a problem. I was not then informed of this problem until I enquired why payment was taking so long. I then did the application myself and received the payment in 6 days. Nannywage were helpful with this, however I got the feeling that they were swamped with applications and couldn't really cope with the workload. If you do manage to get through on the telephone or get a response to an email, it will always be curt at best. The Nannywage website seems to be stuck in the mid 1990s in terms of design and ease of use. In summary, they offer a good value service that is great when it's working well, however customer service is not their strong point!

Have used nannywage for almost 18 months now and I’m very happy with the service. It’s been a busy year and they have been very professional, always available to answer any questions I had and provide the right information. I’d definitely recommend them and I will keep using their services.

As others have mentioned before, the customer service at nannywages Ltd is terrible! Save yourself the headaches and hire a professional company for your payslips.

Unfortunately nanny wages ltd is a reminder of the old saying "you get what you pay for" so it's better to pay a little more and get your payslips done by an efficient and trusted company instead.

After reading through their reviews, I noticed that many positive reviews are from past customers saying that they used nannywages.co.uk for "X years" whereas a significant number of negative comments are from new customers... Perhaps the quality of their service declined over time... Who knows!

I wish them all the best, but as for now, I can't recommend nanny wages Ltd to anyone out there.

It’s been 11 years since I began using Nannywage and I have to say your payroll and pension service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend you. It has certainly made my life worry free from a tax and pension perspective and I would like to thank you for your fantastic service.

Nannywage provides a good service - responsive but with room for improvement on customer service when mistakes happen. In my own experience, there was a mixup putting one employee on the wrong tax code. When this was raised, too much time was spent explaining why they hadn’t made a mistake instead of assisting in fixing it. The golden rule of Customer service - the Customer is always right still to be learnt by Nannywage I am afraid !
