I had a very disappointing experience with this company from start to finish.

I ordered a personalised necklace which arrived with incorrect engraving. I contacted the seller to resolve this and requested a replacement, which then took around 3 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did arrive, it was not even the correct necklace, meaning I had now received two incorrect items.

At this point, I requested a refund. I did not receive a response to my initial email and had to follow up. When I did, I was told that they had already replied to me, which was simply not true.

The communication throughout felt dismissive and unnecessarily defensive. Rather than taking ownership of repeated mistakes, the tone of responses came across as patronising, with comments suggesting confusion on my part rather than acknowledging the errors made.

While they have since agreed to reimburse return postage, this only came after multiple issues and delays. The overall process has been time-consuming and frustrating, and far below what I would expect in terms of customer service.

Two incorrect items, a lengthy delay, and poor communication made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Having read mixed reviews I was slightly dubious but so far no issues. I did make contact having made an order minutes beforehand to add these to my order. This was not possible and I was told to order and I would then be refunded the second postage - this didn’t happen. The ear rings were dispatched really quickly and wrapped beautifully. The earrings look great. Time will tell if the guaranteed no tarnish lives up to its promise.

Majority of my order was very cheap/tacky material. I returned an item which annoying I had to pay to return as they do not offer free returns.
On top of this, the item i decided to keep then started to wear away after just a few weeks.. The whole point in purchasing from Nina Kane was because it was advertised as tarnish free. It really is not.

My bracelet broke a few weeks after purchase. After my email explaining this, the response was immediate. Within 24 hours I was told a new would be sent. Fabulous customer service

I ordered a dress that looked lovely online however when it arrived it was from shein. This was not stated anywhere on the website and I was extremely disappointed when the dress arrived. I will be returning.

Lovely jewellery which is tarnish free and waterproof. Always quick delivery and well packaged. Always unique items to choose from. Highly recommend

Fake cheap jewelry advertised , once you ask for a refund she blocks you on TikTok , looks like she orders her crap from temu and sells it x3 the price, NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY. Her fake designers she show cases need to be investigated as she claims they are real

I am so disappointed that I never received my order - ordered online in November 2025. At first I was told that the item was sold out (in-spite of it being advertised on the website) and weeks later, when the item was apparently sent, it never reached me. Despite me chasing the company via numerous emails, this was not resolved. The customer care stopped answering my emails after the first couple. I was so looking forward to receiving the earrings as they looked lovely on the website, but sadly won’t be shopping on this website again. Hugely disappointing.

Package arrived beautifully packed. A lot of effort has gone into the presentation, which is going to make an excellent present. The ring itself is exactly as described and pictured. I'm sure my daughter will love it. I feel they are the best quality anxiety rings I've seen. Very happy with purchase.

Googled Capulet 2 in 1 heart in sword necklace after purchase and it's available on temu and Amazon! Item not as picture or promised quality - poor quality, thinner chains than photo, doesn't sit correctly with sword in heart, long necklace on shortest setting as opposed to photo showing short necklace, not as shown. Bought gold and silver versions and they aren't made the same. Nice packaging and fast shipping. Trying to figure out how to add photos to trustpilot
