I am delighted with the tennis bracelet I ordered as a gift for myself ..it is nicer than in pictures.. It has a lovely sparkle to it it's very pretty ..and even better it won't tarnish..will use Nina kane again if I am looking for a nice gift

Never received the order!
I am so disappointed that I never received my order - ordered online in November 2025. At first I was told that the item was sold out (in-spite of it being advertised on the website) and weeks later, when the item was apparently sent, it never reached me. Despite me chasing the company via numerous emails, this was not resolved. The customer care stopped answering my emails after the first couple. I was so looking forward to receiving the earrings as they looked lovely on the website, but sadly won’t be shopping on this website again. Hugely disappointing.

I would like to clarify that we did respond to all emails received and, at the time, were not made aware that the earrings had not been successfully delivered. Once an item is dispatched, we rely on customers to notify us if there are any delivery issues so we can investigate promptly with the courier.
That said, I’m sorry that this situation has left you feeling let down. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave, especially when you were so looking forward to your earrings.

On the product page, there is a dedicated section where customers can provide full personalisation instructions, including any wording they would like written on the inside pages. For your order, we only received two names and no additional instructions regarding inside text.
If there was any uncertainty at the time of ordering, customers are always welcome to contact us via email before or after placing their order, and we are more than happy to help clarify or accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further instructions or enquiries from you.
As all personalised items are made exactly as the information provided, we fulfilled the order based solely on the details submitted at checkout.

Package arrived beautifully packed. A lot of effort has gone into the presentation, which is going to make an excellent present. The ring itself is exactly as described and pictured. I'm sure my daughter will love it. I feel they are the best quality anxiety rings I've seen. Very happy with purchase.

Googled Capulet 2 in 1 heart in sword necklace after purchase and it's available on temu and Amazon! Item not as picture or promised quality - poor quality, thinner chains than photo, doesn't sit correctly with sword in heart, long necklace on shortest setting as opposed to photo showing short necklace, not as shown. Bought gold and silver versions and they aren't made the same. Nice packaging and fast shipping. Trying to figure out how to add photos to trustpilot

I ordered a book necklace engraved with the title of my friend’s book, unfortunately when it arrived it had a misprint (The title was in Spanish). The customer service was quick and very helpful, they sent a replacement asap and got it on time for my friends birthday. She absolutely loved it!!

After sales care not great
Ordered a couple items, one was lovely and as expected the other was not like the photos the spacing was not like the photos on the website, as it was earrings they would only offer an exchange. Be cautious on what your buying as products differ from website. Overall the necklace was lovely and great vale but be aware that the after sales care is not great.

Our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons - this is a standard practice across the jewelry industry. Fantastic Jewellery
I discovered this jewellery website through a TikToker, and I was immediately drawn in by the beautiful styles available. I don’t usually go for gold, but I fell in love with the pieces I saw. I ended up ordering earrings, a ring, and two necklaces, all at really reasonable prices.
