I was delighted to receive my Alpaca All Seasons Duvet just as the hot weather hit. The 20% duvet is wonderful for summer. It is really light and very comfortable. My only concern was about the length of time it took to arrive. I ordered it in the middle of October and it arrived at the end of November. Because they are made to order and the site says it takes 10 days, that is what I expected to happen. I understand that when lots of orders come in, the waiting time is longer. Perhaps you could manage your customers' expectations better.

The Hungarian Goose Down Quilt arrived in perfect condition. Quality beautiful. Always kept informed of progress in manufacturing and delivery. Highly recommended. Bev Knowles

The Bamboo pillow is perfect, and exactly what I was looking for - soft but also supportive for sleeping on both back and side. Fast delivery too.

Very pleased with my purchase.. only took a few days to arrive.

I was really happy with the pet beds I ordered as good quality and my dog and cat love them. I also ordered a duvet afterwards but unfortunately it never arrived, which seems to be an issue with the courier used and the package signed for by someone allegedly on my property at the time of delivery. Novadown have been helpful with responses but ultimately I am not entitled to a replacement or refund from them due to the terms and conditions (which is understandable as it's not their fault). I won't use again because of this.

I made some enquiries about my duvet because I hadn't packed it very securely when I sent it by post. Enquiries were answered promptly and efficiently and I got the answers I needed.
The duvet was returned promptly and the recasing was very well done. I like the domes rather than the buttons I had previously to join the two duvets together.
The duvet is warm and restored to original condition. Thanks so much.

Really helpful, recommended their Dr Duvet service which saved me hundreds of dollars. This service was great - tailor re-made our old duvet from a queen to a king size, adding in a small amount of down but . not too much. Its now perfect, and as good as new.

As an update this company has gone into liquidation and I need to use my 5yr warranty and can't.

I researched a few different companies and committed to supporting New Zealand made and I'm really happy with my choice. After looking into a few local brands from 'reputable' retailers, I learned that some NZ companies promote themselves as a New Zealand brand but still have their products made overseas. I liked that Novadown made to order in Dunedin, buying NZ made was really important to me. I purchased the hungarian goose down four seasons duvet, which is fantastic. Really pleased with the quality - one star taken off for the delay, although they did explain it was due to a delay with a supplier, and they offered a free pillow for the inconvenience. Other than that, really happy with the service and product.

Today is the 23.08.17 and I have received no further notification re dispatch and I also not that my payment has been put through.
