I have checked your order, and it was dispatched a couple of days ago so should be arriving with you shortly. We are also in the process of updating our order confirmation emails to help customers even further. Bought a cot size alpaca duvet for my daughter. Very light and warm, some people may not like the noise it makes, but i got used to it very quickly. Just ordered single sizes for both of my other daughters and 4 season alpaca king size for me and my hubby. Thanks!

This company is AWESOME!! They are very informative and have no problem at all in helping you to decide what product is best for you, I have had a few encounters on the phone with a number of the staff and they all seem to be exactly the same with their product knowledge.
I was very impressed with everyone. I look forward to getting my 3 orders, I just had to keep on purchasing all the lovely products they have, for myself and my three kids.
