SuprNation Ltd

Scam scam scam absolutely 100% beginning was all good you win or lose all payments no issues. Recently was asked to proof off address and proof of ID all provided all accepted now don't want to pay my 200£ back to my account but accept deposits. Costumer service it's useless absolutely no answering just ignore everything 🤬🤬🤬 just stay away from this website and his sister sites like losvegas and another anything associated with this owner ship 🤬🤬🤬 will scam you rob you and end whit nothing except headache. Absolutely cowords and scammers 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The verification team are not helpful at all. They say they cannot accept ID that is damaged even though all information is still clear as well as the picture. This seems like a tactic of theirs to delay or avoid paying out winnings.

Zero is my rating won £140 it’s been over a week and I’ve sent them everything they have asked for several time and all they do is ask for it all over again and again and now they have reduced my £140 down to £100 for some reason. Sent 6 months bank statements, sent council tax letter sent driving licence and they just keep asking for more bank statements they are clearly not going to release my winnings but I’m just going to continue to go along with everything they ask then I will send everything to Watchdog and every other place I can to have they closed down this is now my new hobby

Just another casino with lower RTP'S than other more known brands.
Spent about £40 to get 1 bonus which was.... £1.01

They say withdrawal is instant but actually you wait days for money to be approved. Not recommended poorly for payouts 👎

I have used NYSpins before and withdrawals were processed in the past.
This time I have requested a larger withdrawal (£6,571), which is currently pending. I understand that bigger amounts may require additional checks, but I expect a fair and timely process.
I will update this review once the withdrawal is completed.
UPDATE:
I want to update my previous review.
At first I was worried because of the negative reviews I had seen online and because my withdrawal was pending. However, I can now confirm that I received my full withdrawal of £6,571 in less than 24 hours.
Everything was processed successfully and much faster than I expected. Thank you, NYSpins.

They don’t want to pay out on large withdrawals uploaded my passport and a letter of proof of adress they make you wait 72 hours and then ask for more verification scam site

Played this site for a while, never any issues. Did verification quite early on, proof of ID, proof of address etc. Then I win £100 off free spins, withdraw it and all of a sudden they want proof of address again, done that, still waiting 3 days later. It seems they do not want to pay when you win for free! They should stop offering free spins if they don’t want to pay out, dodgy asf.

Absolute scam of a site don't waste your money they rob you blind

Biggest bunch of scammers I've ever come across and they will say contact them to sort something out but they don't replie liars, thieves stay away people they have been reported

I am a max 40p spinner I set limits. I deposited £25 walked away with £225.
No complaints. Account closed. Thankyou NYSPINS it was a pleasure.

Can be VERY VERY hit and miss, you can go days or seems like a life time without winning a £1 then some days you can't do any wrong so not to dissimilar to 80% of online casinos but overall I'd rate it A- so definitely on the higher end of the spectrum 👍

Bonus only pays put £3 - £4 each time. This site needs closing down - its ripping people off. There is zero chamce of winning

Whak!! Games aren't fun , rewards for "loyalty" are pathetic if not insulting tbh .
Not cool 😑

Avoid. Classic bonus scam.

Won 300 GBP total. 100 GBP from no deposit free spins. Then played OTHER GAMES with winnings to reach 300 GBP legitimately. NYSpins applied 100 GBP free spins cap to my entire balance and confiscated 200 GBP.

Transaction ID 2026030105400027698 shows 200 GBP withdrawal APPROVED 9 March 2026 but never received. If confiscated should show Rejected or Forfeited.

Rule 7.2 only caps winnings FROM free spins. No terms mention capping OTHER GAME winnings.

Systematic bonus confiscation. Trustpilot full of identical 100 GBP cap complaints. Bait and switch tactics. Scam site already reported to UKGC

I withdrew £50 and was in my account in minutes then half hour later withdrew £100 I have now been waiting over 90 hours for them to send me my £100 and still waiting do not use this site they try not to pay you if you win

Aufull dinr answer emails ain't paid my withdraw but took 6 deposits all right thieves

the worst casino i win 1050 still not recivet

£120 deposited with 40p spins on max megaway 2. Over 300 spins and only 2 bonuses which paid out £1.34 and £4.32. I play this game on all other sites and this is the only time this has ever happened. Avoid

Great company however NY spins seized my money as my brother is signed up to gamstop. Despite sending my ID and
Bank statements they have refused to pay me my winnings. I would like to understand how to get my funds paid as I’ve never had this problem on other gambling platforms
