SuprNation Ltd

Had a good win last week never had a problem a week after my win blocked my account for no reason no email to say why or anything id avoid them ive read that other people have add that same problem

Played a fair few gambling sites now but this has to be by far one of the best ...won some decent money and very quick withdrawals..overall what a great experience!

Undecided so ill give it a week

This company basically stole my deposit if £170, i made a genuine mistake by depositing with my phone bill and not being the main mobile phone account holder. Although I had full permission and explained that I wasn't aware of the rule they confiscated my money. At no time when you deposit via this method are there any pop ups that advise you of this and no checks prior to avoid customers losing money. There were other options less severe that they could have implemented but opted to take the harshest action which obviously benefitted them emmensley!! I would avoid this casino at all costs, they are not customer friendly and are just not fair.

I enjoyed this site at first and won over 2 thousand pound and withdrew straight away no problems, in my bankin second. Then it changed big time for the worst...

Then I was banned me from playing slots until they did a review
.. review took 2 weeks and I was allowed to play
As soon as I deposit and try to withdrew they made me do a verification, which got approved for 2 days .
.I Then had to resend my proof of address and they checked manually and that took took a day.

But here is the worst.part... since November everytime i deposited, they took £1 to £2.50 , totalling over £224( also wont pet me withdrawit) , lucky I noticed it. They clearly broke the law , illegal and tried to deny it.
Took 2 days for them to refund me, I have taken this to resolve and as far as I can, if you have played this site, please check your deposits, they could have stolen off you

Zero is my rating vile burguling Snakes love taking your money but can't handle any Withdrawals they just invent there own Rules & think that's ok. AVOID at all costs this site needs closing down immediately!!!

Sämsta casino någonsin du vinner max 120 kr sen 1.50 0.50 ock så vidare inget mer...nej aldrig mer de här spelet dom tar bara ens pengar så bottenbetyg får dom av mej👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻skräp

Would give 0 if I could. They let you play and spend money without verification but when it comes to withdrawing, you have no chance. They have transfer as withdrawal method but rejected this and asked me to verify my OUT OF DATE card which is expired! I explained an they have asked for verification which I have provided and emailed a few times now and suddenly no reply and can't withdraw. There is a warning that after 30 days you run out of time and they are dragging it out so I wont be able to get mt money out. Customer service are shocking too, they have no idea what you are saying and do not want to resolve it! I really believe the gambling comission should look into this company and how it is being run so may contact if others are willing too? This site will be shut down soon, not before I get my money I hope! Or I will be sharing with media and making sure it is shut down. Bloody thiefs, they will be posting their own fake reviews about quick withdrawals. Stay away!

Never known a site like it, and I’ve been slotting for many years.

Dead spin after dead spin. When you finally land three scatters the bonus pays you 10x which is the absolute bare minimum it’s allowed to pay you.

Stay away, spend your money elsewhere.

It’s a scam do not play , bonus on bigger catch only paid 90p there is also a withdrawal limit of 20 so i couldn’t withdraw the ten because i knew i was about to lose it all .

Warning do not play it’s a scam it doesn’t matter what time what day you are not going to win

Played on this site for just over a week, had no issues getting payed out and broke about even The issue I have is I don't stay with the same sites for long before I self exclude as you seem to do better after first joining a new site. After self excluding myself I noticed 2 of the deposits I made I had been charged twice for the same deposits,1 deposit showed Nyspins.com and the other showed Suprplay Ltd.For 2 deposits my bank showed 4 deposits and now I can't contact them as I'm self excluded.

Nyspins send me an email to my registered email address saying could I send them my bank statement so I sent them 10 emails for my registered email address but they say they have not received any so I sent them an email from one of my other email addresses and they received it straight away and they email me back saying could I please email them from my registered email address so i did but they keep on saying they have not received any off my emails or my bank statement that was sent in a email. Please stay away from this company they are not good at all. I have been sending them emails from my registered email address from the 12th of December 2025 and they still have not received any. And i have money in my betting account as well.

I've been using this company for around 6 months. Yesterday 4th Dec 2025 I made a deposit, And then received a notification asking to provide i.d information, I explained i don't have this information and explained why. They refuse to give me my deposit back and will not reply to my emails which is the only way I can contact them. If they wanted this information they should ask before they take deposits especially if you can't get it back

Great site payed quick I would recommend!

It’s so disgusting don’t play on this scam site lost more than 2000£and never win nothing disgusting stay away from this rubbish

Not even worth one star, do not deposit on here they are quick enough to take your money but over a week now been waiting for my withdrawal feel like this site is one big scam! Staff are very unhelpful and keep saying it can take upto 72 hours but b its been over that and all they say is sorryni will let our team know! Avoid with all costs... I should of read the other reviews first.
Worst casino site i have ever used

Please please stay away from this site as they will want the last hair on your back in order to try to get winnings. They are without doubt the worst ever casino. Happy to let you deposit without checks then get a win try to withdraw and they really try everything to bot pay you. Im now in process of going through legal action avoid avoid

Absolutely terrible company avoid at all costs ,honestly don't go near them .

Played there for a while had a average run on slots ,it's gambling you win some you lose some ,however on this occasion I won ,upon trying to withdraw my funds my account was restricted from games ,then came the verification process ,which we all know is normal so im thinking no problem ..

Wow could I of been more wrong the stuff they require in order to release your funds is insane (requesting my phone purchase which has Absolutely nothing to do with them)
All account details ,which I provided ,I.d I provided, usual card details used for deposits..
Still no funds!! Just constantly finding a issue in order to avoid paying out ,the amount being over 5k i might add ,currently speaking with solicitor and other professionals to get my funds ..

All screenshots etc taken to prove .

Avoid!!avoid!!avoid!!

Absolute belter of a site..quick to take your money....here comes the but....try and withdraw money and you'd thought the world had ended....can't get back on site keeps saying my daily session has expired 😂 owed just shy of 700 quid....as for customer support think ray Charles and Stevie wonder are in charge ...sent all relevant docs they asked for...not good enough sent more...haven't heard from them in two days....so last resort I've contacted casion ombudsman and my solicitor.....I only want what's rightfully mine no more no less.... AVOID AT ALL COST

I am a regular slot player and it is something i consider my hobby, i have been looking for a decent UK casino for a long time and i have most certainly found it with NY Spins.
Great selection of games and what really makes this place 5* is the almost instant withdrawls.
Looking at the negative reviews and i would say they are from people who have lost or not read the terms and conditions of the bonus, for me this is now my number 1 go to casino.
