SuprNation Ltd

Absolute rubbish.I got a substantial win and they put everything in my way to collect my winnings. I would not trust this company to pay out anything but false promises.. my advice is keep away.

Don't see why so many bad reviews, I won £450 off the bonus and they paid out in 24 hours. my fiancee then did the same offer won £60 and they asked for verification again. once this was done they paid out in 2 hours. all the bad reviews must be from people who either didn't read the wagering requirements, did not correctly verify the account, or lost and sulking.

I JOINED MONDAY 27th about 2 pm ..deposited 100 and won so withdrew 750
It said payment pending .when i trued loggjng on latee ut said incalud details so enailed support
Tues 830 got a reply that i emailed them from a different email to the one registered so need to tell them what i used to reguster then send photo id and addressk cofirmation
I told them by reply it must of been a type error but have supplied psssport and 3 sets of bills etc confirmjng full name and address all current ...
Following morning email back again sayjng they need my old email i registered with
So i sent the same reply saying it must of been a typing error but you have all my verification id and when are my winnings being paid ...
Absolutely no reply now and believe they blocked my email
I need advjce about what to do .i have screenshots of winning and even of my withrawal 750 pending ...so effectively stolen my money as i deposited 100 and they havent paid the winnings either ....

Listen to the reviews, the withdrawal process is a joke.
Its only 85 pound and its not instant as it claims.

Horrid company. Kept taking me ound in circles for verification documents. Kept sending in lots of info and they kept saying wasn't correct and to send more all the while not sending me my withdrawal.

Well once I decide to withdraw they decide to do verification again then once I raise the concerns on the online chat they blocked my account. So I can't contact them other than email that they don't reply to.

An absolute nightmare do not deposit money here, the verification process is a shambles, I ended closing my account with them just keeping my winnings, even after supplying the relevant documents...

Never would I reccomend playing here avoid at all costs

You dont even deserve 1 star.I made 3 deposit and proof of ID and proof of adress, when l made little bit profit try to withdraw , god know how many times l been asked for verification. Please do not give your hardworking earnings to this scammers.Very bad customer services and basicly they dont want to pay out penny.Scammers...

Exactly the same as all the other recent reviews.. robbing lying people. I've already spoken to the ombudsman and shown all emaisl & chats back and forth. He is contacting them direct!!! 'NY SPINS'i am told that I should hear back some news/update by the ombudsman by the 14th, be expecting them!! DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!

im a player from christchurch new zealand and have never had a problemn with NYspins always paid me out as long as u dont bet over $5 when on a bonus, each person i have refered to NYspins all love it too and only one friend didnt get their withdrawral due to bet over max aloud on bonus so all these reviwes saying bad this bad that lost this suck it up man its gambling if u win all the time casino goes broke , however due to the many reviews of people not receiving their withdrawral i do hope u ended up getting in the end ..

The site itself is laid out great and easy to use. Some decent benefits with cash back etc every week. To play on, it is actually a good site. However, we are all there for one reason, which is to hopefully win and withdraw a little profit and this part, however, is what seriously changes this from a good online casino to a poor one. In my experience, and this will not be everyone’s experience though there are plenty of reviews indicating similar findings, you have to really FIGHT for your withdrawal with withdrawals rejected, emails back and forth (bear in mind every new request from support restarts the 72 hour withdrawal period again) and lots of jumping through hoops. Its disappointing, as I liked the ease of the site, but that’s probably why its designed that way, to suck you in then avoid any pay outs ever, or at least delay them for as long as possible. Up to this point I still have not been paid, but you know what, ill take it as money well spent as it only cost a few hundred to learn the lesson about this site. If they pay me, ill class it as a bonus, if they dont, which i suspect, a good LESSON LEARNED. EDIT - now paid out in full, but be prepared to suffer for your withdrawal

Worst site ever AVOID DO ANYTHINK NOT TO LET WITHDRAW DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND VERIFICATION IS A NIGHTMARE AND CUTOMER SERVICE NONE EXISTENT

Wow the fact that ive sent them my details and they are now asking for a picture of me from waiste up showing the full length of my arm holding the documents that I previously sent I deposited £140 and I asked to withdraw £20 its embarrassing to do the things they are asking I've never known a casino site to do what they're doing I'm not that desperate for £20 pounds but please guys don't play on this site don't give them your money because you won't get any in return they're scamming people and asking for you go to crazy lengths to get your winnings embarrassing yourself looking desperate what a vile company.

Wow. All 5 stars all account is fake... They only did 1 review and all words describe very similar.. Obviously they collect money but not paying out at all..

When I withdraw money.. Then I can't use live chat.. Its block by pending withdraw

This happened to me too, I've been waiting for a week for them to put the money in my account, they told me they were checking the documents and the foto weren't clear...,anyway they are big liars
..,let's hope they give us our money back 🙏

Yep another seriously bad online casino.
Do yourself a favour and stay well away!!!
