I was treated like royalty by Giles at Oakleigh Watches. I live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas and was searching for a Tudor Royal with a blue face as a gift for my son on his wedding day. I located the watch at Oakleigh Watches. I had the absolute best experience working with Giles! He was the best, kind, patient (I was a little stressed trying to secure the watch)! Giles follow up with me through every part of the process and even helped me ensure the watch cleared Customs. My cell phone would not connect to the UK so Giles and I communicated over WhatsApp, even over WhatsApp Giles customer service was five star! Thank you again Giles!

I made contact with Giles, having searched far and wide (globally although I preffered UK) for just the right watch as a replacement to one stolen from my home.

I have a small collection, nothing huge in value, however, this particular watch (version 1) was as stated. Ive pondered for years on replacing it with version 2, I finally made the leap.
At circa 6k its a true investment only a watch buyer appreciates although these days a drop in the ocean in comparison to many.
I chose Giles, not just for the watch as others had similar, but he was UK based (important for me) he was instant in response, courteous, professional and supported me in my purchase and payment method. The item proven in quality with its history.
I could not speak highly enough of Giles and Oakleigh.
I now have my version 2 replacement and I am incredibly happy.

Recently bought my second watch from Giles and just as happy as I was first time around. The watch is excellent and the service received was far more genuine than if I had gone to an Authorised Dealer - if I email or phone, he knows who I am. No posturing or schmoozing, just a straightforward deal we are both happy with.

I first contacted Oakleigh Watches when i saw an immaculate looking Breitling Superocean on the website
Giles got back to me straight away and arranged for me to call in and view the watch,it was in great condition having looked as if its never been worn. Giles is very knowledgeable and was happy to talk watches with me he adjusted the strap and supplied me all original papers and boxes so pleased with my purchase will buy again.

3rd time of doing business with Giles back in March 2026. Not a heavy hitter of a watch, however, the excellent service levels and attention to detail were maintained as if it was a ££££ timepiece. Giles even managed to source me an additonal strap for the timepiece.
