Oakleigh Watches Ltd Bewertungen

I had been hunting for a nice Rolex ladies datejust for my daughters 18th birthday (lucky girl I know). I had looked and been in contact with the known Rolex watch people to no avail.
Then by chance I stumbled upon Oakleigh Watches via a listing on a known site.
I called Giles and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a very decent chap. A few messages were sent and a fair deal was struck.
The watch arrived quickly and securely and was beautifully packaged.
The happiness on my daughters face when she opened the box on her birthday, was worth every penny (pound).
Giles, thank you very much.
What an excellent service!
Kindest Regards
Chris Hallett

Excellent.
Try it for yourself, you definitely won’t be disappointed….

I’ll no doubt be back.
Thank you Giles.

The experience of buying a watch from Giles was an educational one
His knowledge and expertise were invaluable during the whole process
His attention to detail is excellent, thus ensuring that I was a very happy man unboxing it and putting it on my wrist

I’ve become a repeat customer for a reason. This is my third purchase from the store, and they never disappoint. The Giles provides great customer service, always helpful and never any hassle. If you're looking for a reliable place to buy your next timepiece, look no further.

Cheers, Fran

Great company to deal with, managed to achieve a really good deal, communication was very good and watch turned up on time in excellent condition, would highly recommend to any future buyers, we were really happy with our purchase, first class service.

A seamless and professional company to do business with. Communication throughout the whole process and the watch was sized for me prior to delivery. Will definitely use Oakleigh Watches again in the future.

Flawless exchange. Highly professional and transparent. A pleasure to deal with. Not a chin stroker.

Excellent company to deal with. very fair pricing and quick delivery.

Well, what can I say I am back for another purchase from Giles (this alone speak for itself). Great customer service as always from Giles alwyas happy and willing to source a watch for me (given my particular needs). Happy as ever with my watch and always willing to recommend him 5*.

There are two sides to Oakleigh. As a buyer, the service is second to none. Giles is always helpful. And he stands by the quality of the watches. But be prepared to keep the watch, because there is no quid pro quo. As a seller, that is where the customer service stops. There is no fair buy-back precedure to sell your watch back if you are ever hit with an unexpected expense. Giles just clams up and ignores you if you want a fair price for your watch. You either take a massive hit, or go elsewhere. I purchased a Rolex Explorer II for £8000, trying to be fair I offered it back for £7500 even though it had not even been worn since buying. I realise he needs to make a buck or two, but the best offer I got was £7000. Bit of a liberty really, to a customer that has spent £45k in a year on several watches. Needless to say I said no, as I won't be mugged off like that. And all that is reliant on if he even wants the watch back, which is unlikely in my experience unless you want to do a part-ex for another watch. And, as a final kick in the teeth for my loyal custom, don't criticise him whatever you do. You might get your 'VIP' account deleted, like I seemingly have. So much for loyalty to good customers. A star off for that. I'm trying to be fair in my criticism, as well as my praise. I am happy with the many watches I have bought, but expected better on the occasion that I might need to sell one back. And I certainly didn't expect a hissy fit in exchange for an honest review. Two sides indeed.

Second watch I got from Giles and once again everything as ordered and advertised. Would highly recommend using Oakleigh watches for quality watches at competitive prices with a completely professional service. Would always come back to when considering a new watch

Great service watch just as described, was even better in person much appreciated and giles is a great seller 100% reliable and gives you a better deal than anywere else thanks again 👍🏻

I’d had my eye on a lovely Rolex Cellini for quite a while, then very narrowly missed out on purchasing it when the price was reduced.
I messaged the shop, asking to keep me in mind if they ever had anything similar back in, or if for whatever reason the sale fell through to get in touch.
A week later I had a lovely message from Giles informing me that the watch was not suitable for the original buyer and was I still interested? I agreed and within a week the watch was returned and re delivered to me.
I cannot fault in any way the service that I received. I was kept up to date almost daily on what was happening.
When the watch arrived by special next day delivery it was packaged lovely too. I am over the moon with it. It is exactly as described if not better.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Oakleigh Watches in the future.

Bought a couple of watches from Giles now and the experience has been stress free and ultra professional both times.
Giles is an absolute gentleman to deal with and communication from initial enquiry, through discussions about part exchange to delivery have been excellent. In addition his product knowledge is second to none and his advice has been gratefully received.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Oakleigh Watches or purchasing from them again in the future.

Perfect Services, fast transfer

I recently purchased a watch from Oakleigh through Chrono24. Everything was exactly as it should have been. The watch was just as it had been represented to be. I would certainly do business with Giles again.

Thank you Giles once again. Always worth waiting for the right watch at the right price. Appreciate your patience with me and the great service as always.

Giles made my watch purchasing experience simple and enjoyable. We had a nice discussion about the watch market and various watch models.
It was a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable dealer who took time for discussion.
The watch was exactly as described and I am delighted with it.
I would definitely use oakleigh watches again and recommend them to my friends

I have bought and sold watches with many different dealers over the years, but Oakleigh Watches are by far the best. Giles has been fantastic to deal with—his knowledge and service are second to none.

The process is always simple, whether I am buying or selling, and the quality of the watches is consistently excellent. Giles is also brilliant at sourcing specific watches dependent on my needs, which is a rare service to find done this well. Even the postage and collection logistics are straightforward and stress-free. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Couldn’t be anymore helpful fantastic company and fantastically run by Giles beautiful watches ! Picked up a grail watch! And from start to finish it was effortless!
