Everything about this company is FAKE there is no phone number for you to call them there is no HELP email you have no option but to contact OHS AND IPOST FROM AN EMAIL THAT NOT A SOUL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WHEN YOU SEND AN EMAIL ALL YOU GET BACK IS
Someone will contact you within 1/3 working days and a five digit number to quote that you CANT QUOTE BECAUSE NOT A PERSON CONTACTS YOU WITHIN THAT TIME BECAUSE ITS A SCAM 😡😡😡im fizzy mad because I SENT 13 emails to find out WHERE MY ITEMS WERE IM DYING AND I WANTED TO DO MY GRANDCHILDRENS BEDROOMS UP FOR THEM SO I FOUND THIS WEBSITE AND IT DID LOOK TO BE A BIT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT I ORDERED A COUPLE DUVET COVERS FOR HALLOWEEN NOW THEY WERE DELIVERED BUT THEY WERE THROWN IN MY FRONT GARDEN AND I FOUND THEM UNDER THE HEDGE BUT I thought ok so I ordered shelves and a dressing table my granddaughters FIRST DRESSING TABLE SHES 12 and autistic I spent my pension it cost me £157.00 .
So I was at home naturally I don’t go out and I paid extra to get it delivered within 1/3 days so nothing came except a message saying that my order has been delivered 😡😡well I EMAILED OHS THE SCAMMERS AND GOT AN EMAIL SPAT BACK INSTANTLY SAYING SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 3DAYS 😡NOTHING NOT A WORD I TRIED AND TRIED EVERYWHERE TO GET A CONTACT NUMBER AND THERE WAS NONE I EMAILED A TOTAL OF AT LEAST 13 TIMES AND WORD FOR WORD CAME BACK THE SAME AUTOMATED EMAIL I NEARLY COLLAPSED I NEW I HAD BEEN SCAMMED SO I WENT ON ALLEGED LIVE CHAT AT THERE SISTER COURIER COMPANY IPOST AND THAT WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE I KNEW IT WAS A CENTRE IN SOUTH AFRICA OR SOMETHING AND THEY BULLIED AND RIDICULED ME LIKE SOMEONE WAS SITTING IN TBERE MUMS FRONT ROOM EVENTUALLY THEY SAID WE HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH OF IT AT YOUR HOUSE ITS BEEN DELIVERED.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I said oh no it’s not and can you send me the link here was a picture of two boxes sitting on my path front door closed and that was it so I said to them why would the driver not tap my door his response was it’s not up to him he’s shown us here in this picture it’s been delivered I was fuming as he ended the chat so I went back on again to a lady thinking great I’ll get somewhere now WORST THOUGHT IVE EVER HAD WOMAN WAS WORSE. After sending another email to OHS RUN BY DOGGEY MOSHE COHEN I SAID I WAS IN TOUCH WITH TRADING STANDARDS AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY GREAT AND TOLD ME WHAT TO SAY AND DO BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW THAT OHS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THEY REACH YOUR HANDS and I never knew that so I sent another email stating what I knew LEGALLY still a complete waste of time so I called the bank and they opened a dispute case against them THEN I GET INTO MY HEAD CONTACT THE HEAD SO I WENT ONLINE AND FOUND THIS
A) SUR’E WHITAKER HEAD OF MANAGEMENT SO I SENT HER AN EMAIL EXPLAINING HOW ID BEEN SCAMMED now I’ve been trying to get my refund since the 23/09/2024 AND NOTHING SO I SEND HER OR HIM AN EMAIL WITHIN NOT EVEN A DAY I HEARE FROM THE BIGGEST LIAR SCAMMER OF THEM ALL

B) for brazen I get HONEST OLIVIA
OLIVIA IS WAIT FOR THIS ONE SHES HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM AND SHES GOOD AND DEFINITELY ONE FOR THE BOOKS TO LOOK OUT FOR.
She sends me a HUGE email apologising for all this that’s been happening to me lately and I am 100% correct I am entitled to a full refund SHE REALLY SOUNDED GENUINE she said I’ve processed your refund and to add insult to injury she wanted to offer me a £20 CREDIT HOW DARE SHE £120 credit wouldn’t be enough for what I’ve gone through because now before I can open anything else FROM THESE SCAMMERS AT OHS ONLINE HOME SHOPPING IM HAVING TO TAKE MORPHINE BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST ALL I WANT NOW IS MY REFUND BUT HONEST OLIVIA PROMISED SHES HEAD OF IT ALL MY REFUND IS ON THE WAY that was TUESDAY SO I CHECK WITH MY BANK TODAY AND

I ordered a long electric hoodie it arrived but the usb didn’t work to charge it and my dissatisfaction is I paid £3.99 postage and the same to return so near £8 fi or nothing it’s a disgrace I’m a 70 year old disabled lady and bought in good faith postage fine but to pay to return NO

Very disappointed with the customer service

I purchased two sets of drawers from OHS in January 2026, and both sets have developed a strong, persistent and unusual smell which makes them unusable for their intended purpose.

I contacted OHS to raise the issue and asked for the furniture to be inspected so that the cause of the smell could be established. Instead of investigating the problem, I was told that the order was over 30 days old and that they were therefore unable to offer any options or confirm whether the items were damaged, faulty or had an unusual smell when delivered.

I find this response extremely disappointing. I am not contacting them because I have simply changed my mind about the furniture — I am reporting a problem with the goods which is affecting their usability.

I would have expected OHS to take the complaint seriously, investigate the issue and at least offer an inspection rather than simply referring me to a 30-day reporting period.

I am now considering escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels

They sent me a damaged mirror and the wrong colour. Now they said return it and less the delivery fee we will refund you for the mirror.. no fault of mine. They are sending damaged items. After reading the views of people I dont think they will refund myself.

DONT NOT BUY from OHS.did not receive my parcels I went online to ask where is way, whoever I was on live chat to says it was delivered, I have cameras so told them it wasn't and I asked for proof, they sent me a picture of a black door, my door is green. I explained that wasn't my door. They said order was delivered so we have completed it our end and then ended the chat. So no parcels. Absolutely awful company

Products look fanrastuc but in real life can sometimes be flimsy.

Bought a radiator cover via argos it came in checked i had all the parts before building everything was going fine until it came to putting the slats on which was the final part the velcro was in the wrong place ,the slats have got dirty marks on both panels totally visible and then theres a chip in the paint on the slat and all of the damage is right on the front of it right in eyeline view such bad quality and why wasnt these defects picked up on the factory floor who signed these off as OK ? Ive messaged them by email and got zero response so far ... you cant ring them you cant do anything except wait and they know theres only a small window for returns argos dont want anything to do with it bc OHS is a "trusted seller" apparently im literally appalled with this radiator cover and the lack of service and response from OHS im hoping this might get there attention ive started a return but OHS have still got to send somebody to collect it from my home address. What a waste of time this was time spent building it now ive got to take it to bits again and put it back in the box, it was never worth £55 I paid for it the only gokd thing about it was the colour was perfect but not now its not like its one little defect theres multiple defects and issues OHS PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS SO THIS CAN COME BACK TO YOU #shocking #zeroresponse #badquality #defects #chippedpaint

absolute shocking furniture ordered what was meant to be natural bedside cabinets and they come and they was taupe. I have sent several emails regarding these stating it’s misleading on the website they offered me a £5 voucher to spend with them again . This does not address the issues to other customers thinking they are getting natural when clearly it’s not

I purchased these rugs after seeing the positive description and beautiful photographs on the website. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with them because the fur on the surface is extremely slippery underfoot.

To be clear, the rug itself does not move or slide — it stays securely in place. The problem is the fur on top, which is very slippery when walking across it.

I feel this is an important issue that should be clearly mentioned on the website before customers purchase the rug. The website focuses on the positive features, but I could not see any clear warning or information about how slippery the fur can be.

Although the rugs look beautiful, the slipperiness makes them uncomfortable and concerning to walk on. I think potential customers should be made aware of this before buying.

Last time they did this inpost informed me it was nothing to do with them it was the company I have bought the items from have arranged this , ??
last time I had to wait over a week for the box to be emptied and returned to ohs 3 weeks later I got my refund, and they obviously don’t want customers to buy from them as they have done this yet again .!
The service is also terrible the time it now takes to dispatch the order so in total it will now be 4 weeks before I should get my money back
I’m now contacting trading standards
They should be shut down

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address company has done everything in their power to refuse a refund been called a liar been forced to fill out form after form to try and claim my money back or have my items replaced this has continued for a week so far and still no closer to a resolution

Very bad experience overall. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a side board for my daughter's bedroom and a towel, more than a week later still showing as processing, no update. I have emailed them 3x to get an auto generated response. After 3rd email I received an update that my order has been partially dispatched and second item can't be sent and will be refunded. Two weeks later still no refund for the second item, another chase and another automatic response. The sideboard has arrived, but was a terrible quality, parts damaged and bolts missing - this must have been a return. Complained, but feel like I am not getting anywhere. Avoid !

I am missing an item that was supposed to have been delivered, I have raised a complaint and replied to an email from OHS twice and have had no reply to even say they are looking into this, the item was £28 which is not a lot but when I have to spend it again it is.
I have a call supposedly from them asking me to open an app and add my details for a replacement and refund which was obviously a scam so my details are obviously not safe on their website.
There is no contact phone number so can’t talk to anyone so just waisted my money

I received 7tog coverless duvet which I had ordered in Natural. However, colour is different as shown and is more like brown in colour. It came very creased. I can't be bothered to return it, but now have the added cost of having it professionally ironed. Further, it states king size but is more like a double. I doubt I will purchase from this company again!

This company came up whilst I was online and I decided to take a look. They have a brilliant sale on ATM and I found just what I'd been looking for. Recliner summer outside summer chair's, cushions. I was amazed at the price. I paid £16 and £3.95 for delivery. I ordered on the Wednesday and they where delivered on the Friday. They are great quality, well packaged and the delivery driver was really polite.
I will be ordering from here again. An absolute 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ company. A great shopping experience. Thank you OHS.

Will never order from OHS again. The delivery company dump your parcel in a "safe" place without you even nominating a safe place, the "evidance" photo of delivery not including any obvious signs of being your own house so could be left anywhere or stolen. Customer service will not help and robotically repeat item has been delivered even when item not received or left in said safe place that you never even requested to begin with. Honestly beware! £65 worth if order missing, in my eyes not delivered and they repeatedly stating its been delivered not offering any refund. I WILL NEVER order from these cowboys again,customer service is shocking. I have requested a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015, next stop to report them further

Recent ish order of bedding. Everything turned up, mostly ok for what I paid... Except the pillows... So incredibly flat, barely any support, can fit both in one pillow case and still weak.
