I ordered my item - prompt delivery that I paid extra for. So far so good but on opening the box it was damaged.
Requested a return they offered
Me 25% discount to keep a damaged item which annoyed me and delayed the returns process due to slow email responses. They arranged collection eventually and took the damaged item back but still no response to my emails about a replacement and they still have my money - very unhappy and out of pocket not to mention. The days holiday I used for the initial delivery

Still waiting on our replacement furniture after damaged good were delivered. No response and no contact..quick enough to collect the damaged goods but now we are getting ignored. And they have our money.

I ordered two black throws at the beginning of July and I’ve still not recieved them I will not order from here again I’ve sent a dozen emails saying they will reply but do nothing about it

Awful!!! I regret not coming on here and reading the negative experiences as I am in the position of having an extremely negative experience. No update regarding delivery, customer service useless! Waiting for rest of order to be refunded but some items refunded due to not being available yet website said they were. I cannot believe argos use this company to deliver directly when the service/delivery/ communication is so bad! I ordered via rhe ohs website and it's just shockingly bad. Avoid!!! I went to Amazon in the end, I would not by OHS items from anywhere, directly or through sellers like Argos etc...

I had to return an item I got notified it had been picked up from the inpost locker then no further notifications, I waited a week then contacted OHS gave them the information they asked for, they did not refund the full amount I paid for the item so beware!

This company is run by crooks. I ordered a Single Duvet in April and only just today opened the parcel. The duvet was a Double and very poor quality. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand and I would not be out of pocket. I know it’s not worth contacting them (it’s impossible) so I am now out of pocket and stuck with a poor quality item. Do NOT buy from these scammers as you will be out of pocket.

I placed a review on here a few days ago regarding OHS, only to find the problem was with someone else. I would just like to say, that a lovely lady from OHS helped me get my deliveries, of my orders, and was so very gelpful indeed and i appreciate the help she gave to me. I will definately be ordereing from OHS again.

I have ordered a lot from here never had a problem. There website is horrendous, make sure you double check order before paying as when you check out the things you ordered is not amended. I ordered a king duvet but when I got a confirmation email it said I'd ordered a double. Emailed straight away to rectify or cancel apparently it takes 3 to 5 working days for them to get back to you. Out of curiosity I checked again and tried to order a a king as I was sure that's what I ordered, and again when checking out it was a double. So the fault is with them and there website but no doubt it will be sent and il be charged for sending back but I have screenshots and I will be opening a case with Klarna as that's how I paid. 3 to 5 working days is just not good enough for customer queries especially when the problem is your end and no fault of the customers, doubt il order again

If I could leave a zero rating I would. I have made previous purchases from this company and have had no problem. However, this time, I wish I had never bothered.. I ordered 7 items at a cost well over £100....the items took a while to be delivered by Yodel....On opening the boxes I found that some items were correct but one item, a double checked fleecy coverless duvet was missing and had been replaced by a single black and stone coloured single coverless duvet. This item did not match the other 6 single items I had ordered....now this is when my troubles started...you can not speak to the company....your only means of contact is by email which they state will be answered within 3 days....3 days later, I got an email and I once again explained what the problem was and again included a photograph of the wrong item...days later I received another email telling me to return the wrong item to them by going to my nearest Yodel Depot...that is 45 miles away in Selby....a 90 mile round trip.. I emailed them and asked them to send me the correct item that I had paid for and offered to pay for and keep the item that they had sent me incorrectly....it would have been cheaper than a 90 mile round trip....I offered to pay by bank transfer or cheque or by PayPal as I had done when ordering the items....they replied some days later stating that was not acceptable because I had not paid for it originally....they wanted all my card details..and once I had returned the unwanted item they would send me what I had originally ordered...I asked for the original item that I had already paid for be posted to me asap...and please could they send a return label allowing me to return the unordered item by Royal Mail or Evri as both companies had depots closer than 45 miles. They refused and insisted I travelled 90 miles round trip to attend at a Yodel depot. They refused to allow me to purchase the mis sent item and would not replace the item until after they had received the mis sent item.. I was obliged to contact PayPal for assistance and the matter was resolved in minutes...I was reimbursed the full cost of the missing item. All in all, a very trying and unwanted experience....Please..Please..
Please....do not deal with this company...they are totally unreliable, not possible to speak with a human being and totally have no customer service whatsoever...I can not comment on other reviews regarding the quality of their items, mine have been ok but I will never deal with them again...why would they want my card details and why would they not rectify their mistakes....I suspect that they are not a company to deal with and never trust them. I will not deal with them again and may I suggest that you avoid them like the plague...

I bought a double duvet set in the sale as a gift,however when opened the duvet was poor quality and the Seams on the pillowcases were coming undone so cant be used.Its put me off buying from this site

After a problem with an item I had purchased i had the pleasure of correspondence with Faatimah who went above and beyond to rectify this. I have previous ordered from this company with great service and affordable prices. Thank you again faatimah you were are a credit to the company.

Such a shame have had great shopping experience with OHS and recommended them to friends and family!

Ordered a duvet and four pillows on Thursday 7th May, paid extra for Next day delivery which did arrive in time except OHS sent me a mattress topper instead of a duvet.

Rang their customer service three times, no human response just a recording telling you to send an email.
Sent six emails and no one has got back to me except the again automated email response.

By this point it was Friday, needed the duvet for Saturday had guests staying over and yes you guessed it their customer service is closed on a Saturday!

I was unsure about OHS after reading reviews but still went ahead & ordered as I loved the look of the Duvet Cover & other items soo much ...prices were good,ordering was simple & delivery was quick ...the items arrived in good time & were perfect however I did have a small issue so contacted OHS via email I was dealt with by Laeeqah & issue was sorted easily & to my satisfaction Thank you 😊

Paid 38.30 for a faulty rug (had pulls along the border) returned as was faulty. Refunded only £27.85 😡

Didn’t look like image on site, deducted £7.45 for shipping and return postage for an item I wasn’t happy with, a bit steep!!

Ohs put the wrong address on this order. The last 2 were fine. Now im receiving scam WhatsApp asking for money. I only want to change my address

Fleece bedding - love the fleece bedding from this company, excellent price. Would have given 5 stars but part of my order didn't arrive. Customer service was great, this was soon resolved, thanks to all concerned. Would definitely buy more bedding from this company.
