I met with Marcos Rivera to discuss problems with my patio and driveway. I was interested in their new system for lifting those two area. Marcos was so easy to understand, even though it's a technical situation. He mapped everything out on his notepad and explained the whole procedure. He also made recommendations for more water control around my property. Marcos is definitely an asset to your company.

I learned a lot. But he did not tell me that they would have to dig up the floor or if he did I sure don’t remember that , but they were very professional hard-working and I would definitely tell people to use your services.

I was extremely impressed with the time and effort the Olshan representative, Larry Crockett, invested in analyzing my drainage issue. He even consulted by phone with one of Olshan’s project managers. I have confidence that Olshan knows what they're doing.

The tech was polite, helpful, and did not rush me. He seemed to care about my home's needs. That was great. The person on the phone seemed disoriented when I was setting the appointment. I was placed on hold for a long time, and 3 people came on and asked to help me. Olshan should improve their phone service when customers call in.

Dan Steele with Olshan Dallas did an assessment of our house foundation and found that no repair was needed. He noted that cracks on walls and sticking doors were building up over time due to the clay soil movement. Based on the observed pattern of cracks and door gaps, he recommended checking for potential slab leaks. I greatly appreciate Dan's professionalism and advice.

The process started with an evaluation of the foundation of the house, and an analysis of the different levels measured in numerous points of the floor around the whole house. The measurements were taken by a little machine with wheels that measures and compares the "0" level with the unleveled surfaces.
Mr. Raul Cardenas is the technician who did this evaluation and analysis and at the end of it he provided me with a diagram of my whole house with all the leveled and unleveled measurements.
He then gave me an estimate of the repair job with tentative dates to proceed with this enormous project and a contract to review and sign.
Since I didn't want any holes dug inside my house, Mr. Cardenas designed a plan to excavate 3 tunnels under the foundation to be able to access the center of the house and install 8 columns/pylons and another 12 around the perimeter of the front of the house. 20 pylons in total were built and inserted into the ground to support the foundation of the house. Then, Hydraulic jacks at the end of the pylons suspended the foundation inch by inch until it was completely leveled. A Romans and Egyptians job done right here under my house.
Mr. Cardenas and Melanie with their team of around 30 professionals from Olshan Foundation did this enormous and very qualified job, originally planned for 5 days but accomplished in just full three days.
I thank very much OLSHAN FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS for a job very well done and Mr. Raul Cardenas for all his professional approach, answering all my question and getting my house leveled once again.
