Friendly, helpful and accommodating service. Although the job got very delayed, the team stayed cheerful and helpful and saw the job through to the end, despite the late finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

The move went without a hitch (except the weather) and everyone kept in really good spirits despite the very long and wet day, coupled with me asking for the heavy boxes to go upstairs.

Whilst the team of lads doing the removals were fine, polite and accommodating, I can’t fault them. However because of Craig the owner and Amanda in the office where far from helpful and at times rude, they made the whole experience of my move far more stressful than was necessary. I had agreed a quote with Craig prior to the move, which included a number of garden pots. A few days prior to the provisional date for completion, Craig decided he had under estimated the size of the move and couldn’t take any of the garden/ outside things, and I would have to make alternative arrangements or at my own expense. This left me in a very difficult position as they had to moved before the new owner moved in. His final bombshell was when I was in a position to actually book the company on the point of exchange of contracts, at 9.00am when the solicitor started the chain to exchange contracts, Craig agreed on a date for packing and the actual move, 24 hours after packing. At 11.00am I got a message to say he couldn’t do those dates, he had just booked another job. The exchange of contracts couldn’t be stopped. I was beside myself as to how to cope with this issue. I live on my own and am elderly. Eventually it was agreed that the packing would be done on an earlier which was not as convenient for me , but I had no choice. I have since heard of similar instances when Craig has been greedy and moved the goal posts. I wish I’d never used them and would definitely NOT recommend.

The flexibility of their availability was brilliant. Then the packaging and removal went like clockwork. A really outstanding job of work. Messed about as moving day kept changing was met with couteous response and everything to put us, the customer first.

Today was the first time we have used a removal company for a home move and I am very pleased we did. There is no way we could have moved everything ourselves.
The team were prompt, hard working, polite, friendly and nothing was a bother.
They were very careful with everything they moved and even took beds / cot down which is something we found very helpful when we have 2 young children.
