Excellent service, friendly, cheerful team, our move was a big lorry and a van but access to new home difficult so they laid on 3 vans instead, all done no issue, well prepared for the rain too so no mess either end. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Moving, especially for older people, can be very stressful, but Craig put us at ease from the very start. We were able to find a convenient date for moving, and the team came two days earlier to pack almost everything up. Everyone was so cheerful, but also very polite and considerate. Everything was loaded up on the moving day by 11.30 am and at our new home waiting for us when we finally got our keys at 3.30 pm. All unloaded within two hours, and nothing damaged as far as we can tell. We felt the service was good value for money, and are already recommending this company to people we know.

Craig visited when we knew that we had a willing buyer and explained the process. He provided a competitive quotation for packing and for moving. He stayed in touch as we waited for the solicitors to process the sale and was available on the dates that we needed the service.

They moved us from the 4 bed house that we'd been in for 40 years, to a much smaller house. They packed quickly and expertly, protecting valuable items and coping with tricky access points. The move into the new place was equally impressive - including taking a sofa up a narrow staircase to the new living room on the second floor. They knew in advance that we would be moving again in about a year's time, so part of their brief was to pack boxes as efficiently as possible. It meant that several items will not be unpacked until they are moved from here to our new house next year. In the meantime, Orwell Removals have left dust sheets, blankets and a sofa cover which they will not be able to recover for a year.

All the team worked exceptionally hard. They were polite, considerate, patient, calm and cheerful, all of which made the experience of moving much less stressful than it could have been for a couple who hadn't moved home in such a long time and were going through the emotional experience of leaving the family home of 40 years.

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Orwell Removals and Storage. Not only would we use them again - but we will be using them again!

Would 100% recommend Orwell Removals! Craig came to survey all my items for the move and gave me a well-priced quote, and had great communication with him and Amanda leading up to the move. On the day, the guys packed up at the house super quickly, and were super quick at unloading when I met them at my flat. They were really friendly, very careful with all my boxes and furniture, and kept making sure I was happy with where they’d put everything and said they could move anything around for me if I wanted. Really easy process from start to finish!

An excellent team headed up by Craig, nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, accommodating, and went 'above board' to assist me with my needs. They worked so hard, a very long day but still had sense of humour right to the end. A great team of lads packed up our house, stored our stuff for a month & then moved us in to our new home. The new house was difficult to access & there was some very difficult small spaces to get our furniture in to (2 doors needed to be taken off their hinges). The guys were polite, really hard working above & beyond our expectations. We would recommend this company unreservedly

Despite all our hassle you provided an excellent service. The packing and removal team were brilliant their humour and can do attitude was amazing although “club Tropicana” was perhaps a little over used!! Sorry there weren’t more mince pies.

Craig and his team did a great job in our recent Suffolk move, very respectful of our possessions and our homes. A very efficient job accomplished between 0800 and 1330, everything in its new place. We will use them again for sure.

Heroic! Craig and his team were outstanding in hugely challenging circumstances. We came to Orwell Removals after being required to move at very short notice and they took us on with just five days to go. The company that had been booked for the move, and could not deliver, underestimated the cubic capacity of contents which created a massive headache. Craig had hired an additonal van as the cottage we were moving from was accessed from an unmade track to the rear. The vans needed to be able to traverse the terrain successfully. There were roadworks and traffic lights at the front, too! And it rained and it rained, buckets and buckets loads. Due to the capacity issues, Craig used one of the smaller vans to move some contents to the new cottage, also up an unmade track, and then came back for the remainder. Talk about above and beyond. All the while the team worked like Trojans and took great care of the items and the interiors of both cottages. Nothing was damaged. We even had an antique upright piano to move. All was good. All was stowed away in the right places. The team were polite and considerate under difficult circumstances. We were so impressed and would recommend Craig and his team to anyone. Thank you, guys. You saved our day.

Moving day arrived at last. A very amiable, cheery and positive team of 3 men turned up at my door. Within moments my many anxieties were dispelled due to the swiftness, ease and organisational skills of these men. They were brilliant. I have no hesitations in recommending this removal company.

Craig and his team were excellent and made a stressful move so much less stressful. My move had to be split between moving out of a flat on a busy high street, putting my things into storage for a month, and then moving my things into my new home. This was no issue for Orwell, they offered a v competitive price and all my things were handled expertly. Amanda was also always responsive to my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.
