This entire system sucks
This entire system sucks. The delivery guy uses one code when dropping off multiple packages and now I have to wait on the phone for God knows how long to never get someone and when you text that’s a 10 minute ordeal! This has been a very inconvenient experience.

Much better to use the text service than to try to wait to talk to someone. I waited to speak to someone for 55 minutes. Texting was instant and the representative was very helpful and resolved my issue in minutes.

Had an issue with a package, reached out through their txting service and was connected to Tina. She was extremely quick and responsive in helping me resolve my issue at the Wayfarer apartments and was very friendly.

Impossible to get through to a representative on the phone. But contacted Tina over text and she was so great and helpful!! Glad she turned the experience around for me for my parcel at the Emerson at Forney!
