I chose the text support and was connected with Elizabeth - who answered my questions so quickly! I was worried I’d have to jump through more hoops to get help, but this was one of the smoothest support experiences I’ve had.

Thanks to Elizabeth for being so patient and helpful with me. We were unable to access my package remotely but they contacted my property management for me to retrieve it with their master key! They did everything they could for me :)

I reached out today to clear up some pending charges and I had the pleasure of working with Margot to sort it all out. She was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to figure out the issues and get my account working. It took minimal time and was all done through their chat/text service, which was very convenient!
The service itself has been pretty seamless and easy to use, and I do appreciate the out of town feature.

Susan Miller was very helpful and kind. I had one main issue, and was going to try to resolve the rest on my own. But Susan worked through all the problems with me. Susan was patient, and spent a long time trying to figure out what was wrong so they could fix it correctly. Very smooth and effective experience.

Called last night for support and it said estimated wait time was 3 minutes but then I stayed waiting for 25 minutes for help.

Today I called and estimated time to get a representative was 20 minutes (which if yesterday 3mins turned into 25, i could only imagine how long I would wait).

I used the text support open instead and it took 5 minutes to get a representative but the total time from when i dialed to when I was finally able to retrieve my package took 33 minutes. It took a long time for the representative through text to quickly resolve my issue. Every text took about 5 minutes of waiting for their reply.

Packages are constantly being lost, codes given to the wrong residents (leading to stolen packages), or not being notified at all of package delivery. I used to get notification through the app, now i get a text but nothing registers in the app. Several times my code will open someone else’s locker. Then other times I have to put the code in more than once for it to open the correct locker!

The agent was not able to locate my package in either of the lockers at my complex and I was never issued a code for the unlock. I am forced to reorder the items and have no idea where they went. The screens for the kiosks are also broken, boxes are missing their doors, and the mobile code scan is disabled. Very disappointed with this rubbish.

Shawn was awesome, quick and attentive. As well as clear with instructions. Helped with my issue at The Aspect on 10/22 @ 8pm. Give him a raise. Thanks Shawn!!!

Used the lockers for a valuable parcel. Followed the instructions and placed in locker, it locked as expected, but the screen continued to say that I needed to close the locker, despite it already being closed and locked.

No way to open it again, no way to continue, or confirm the drop-off.

Help options completely useless, only gives you contact information for couriers, or an AI chat that is worse than useless.

No way to get the parcel back out, no way to know if it will be sent successfully, and no way to track it!

Absolutely dreadful.

Great customer service!! Tina was absolutely at helping resolve an issue in which i was being charged for storage at an apartment complex i no longer lived at. I was even able to get a refund!! Thank you again Tina!!

So glad I chose the text option for help! They were able to get me all set up and I didnt have to wait on hold for 50 minutes!

Elisabeth attending my parcel issue via text msg. She was great and gave a good explanation on how the delivery person should handle the packages. I will email Amazon and let them know my frustration with deliveries.

Elizabeth was a great help. I opted for the text service option because the phone line had a 94 minute wait. I was very impressed by the text service and how fast and accurate the help was. Thank you to Elizabeth once again for the speedy and efficient customer service.

Susan M is the best!! So professional, meticulous in her search skills and continued to work on the issue until we had a good path of information and a way to find out more. Truly a real Nancy Drew and was also lovely to chat with as she dug and dug into the info she had on hand. Thank you, Susan, you should help train customer service reps, you have a real talent that you don't encounter much these days
