I PAID FAST T IN APRIL . THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND STILL WAITING. THEY CANCELLED APPTS AND DID NOT MAKE APPTS AND LIED. THEY MADE ME LOSE A JOB AND MY CAREER REPUTATION AS A RESUL OF NO FULLFILLING CONT. NO REFUND NO EXPLANATION. TOOK TTHEM 2 MONHS FOR PAULINE IN CUSOMER SERVICES TO SAY IT WS DUE O MULIPLE PASSPOR LOSS BUT HIS IS BS AS THAT DOES NO APPLY WITH FAS TRACK ITIS MISFEANCE AND TTHEY HAVE DONE HIS 4X BEFORE. MICHELLE BLOOM LIED ABOU HE ZOOM AND MR JULIUS SHENOBI IS HE MANAGER AND HERE IS A CLEAR ABUSE OF POWER AND DISCRIMINATION IEC REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE. SURPRISE SURPRISE. DISGUSTING.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I applied online, paid for my passport, and sent my birth certificate, along with several of my friends as ID confirmations. Despite all this, my application was repeatedly refused. Eventually, they closed my account, leaving me with no access to log in. They kept my money, have not issued a refund, and have not returned my birth certificate.

When I tried to file a complaint, I was sent around in circles, with no resolution. They claim they can't find any record of my case, which is completely baffling. It's utterly unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I have not received my money back from these thieves.

Such a fast and efficient service.

I got my new passport sent to Dubai, where I am in currently on Tourist visa.
Far more simple and efficient and fast than I thought it would be
Only confusion is at start of application, I’m asked ‘where do I live?’
The answer is country I have currently travelled to and residing shortly as a tourist
(I had to phone them up to find that out)
Ofcourse the photo, I went up the road here in Dubai into photo shop and paid them 5£ and showed them the specifications, I did not dare do that my self
After getting passport photo, the rest of the application was seamless!
And then the payment etc was just as smooth.
Whole process , including me sending my old passport to the passport office in Uk and them sending it back to Dubai took exactly 21 days
And 8 of those days was time it took for my old passport to get from Dubai to Uk
Once they received my passport , they used DHL courier to send it back to Dubai and it came super fast.
I received messages all the way through the process

Amazing service. I applied on the 3/8/24 for a renewal on a UK passport that lapsed in Jun24. I received regular email and text updates and confirmation the passport was being issued on the 8/8/24 - only five calendar days later! It is rare to be pleasantly surprised by the UK governments performance but the service has been excellent. Maybe the people in the passport office should run the HMRC. Well done.

Completed online renewal Monday. Received new passport Friday. Kept informed with several emails along the way. Opted for the standard service. Superb service. Couldn’t ask for more from an organisation.

Was told my address abroad wasn’t a valid address even after sending proof. Application was finally approved only because I had made so much calls. My new passport was sent without me receiving any sort of tracking information. It’s been 3 months since I was told my passport was in the post on the way to me and still haven’t received it. Called in multiple times to explain and all I get told is to wait.

I had to get 4 passports- renewal for myself and 1 renewal and 2 first passports for the children.
I used the online application for all of them.
My passport was easy took 6 days from sending the old passport to the new one being delivered.
The children’s passports needed photos to be confirmed and birth certificates sending so the process took a little longer.
There is a process for sending documents for multiple applications together so didn’t have to pay separately for sending documents for each child.
And it only took 15 days from sending the documents to receive the new passports.
Useful updates confirmed when the application progressed to the next stage.

Like a previous reviewer I applied online on Monday, sent off my old passport on the same day, received old passport on Thursday and received new passport today (Friday). I used the standard service and was kept informed of how my application was being processed every step of the way. Certainly wasn't expecting this fantastic service.

Renewed my passport on line. So easy to do. Excellent service, new passport received within a week. Constant email & SMS updates, can’t fault them.

Customer service did not understand what i was saying and explained that me to me in very rude way, what a ridiculous man, sad i didnt asked for the name. Sad man, very unprofessional.

the worst service in the whole galaxy, sorry i am wrong, in the whole universe. Take months if abroad and every time you call them for follow up they tell you absolutely NOTHING.

Applied online on Monday evening, sent old passport (normal 1st class) on Tuesday morning. Received the passport Friday morning. Incredible service compared to the old paper application form way.

Amazing service from start to finish my renewal application took just 6days to complete and receive my new passport. Absolutely amazing service.

I had to renew my passport and was absolutely dreading all the nonsense. Did my application on line, sent my passport back a week later and have just been informed my passport is on its way out for delivery. I love the fact that you have regular updates via text to keep you informed all the way through the application. Fantastic service. I will be applying for my granddaughters passports next week so hope it will be as smooth as my application.

I just called today for my passport. The lady was quite helpful, the lady name was Susan very friendly and professional.

Fantastic..applied online for an adult renewal on Saturday 18 May 2024. Posted my old one back Sunday 19th and was received at the Hemel Hempstead office on 21st. Application approved same day, passport printed same day and despatched 22nd. Delivered on Thursday 23rd May. Cannot fault such a brilliant service! Ps I used the standard service!

Posted my old passport on the Saturday, confirmed they received it on the Monday and received new passport Friday morning, outstanding service and this was the no rush service, cannot fault it.

I used the post office check and send service and it was really impressive, it took less than 10 minutes to have my picture taken and approved straight away and confirm my information. I was kept informed via texts throughout and had my passport delivered in 2 weeks. Dead easy process

Very impressed. Applied for my passport renewal a Thursday one week and recieved the new passport the following Wednesday. Excellent service. I recieved a number of E mails updating me with the current status of my application. Surprised and impressed.
