Whole of life cover doesnt cover if something spotted on last year's insurance but didn't need anything
Insurance renewed and later in the year the cyst needed removal not covered apparently

Good but could do better
I would have given 5 stars but few issues , took 30 minutes to get through to a very nice chap who was very helpful, but 30 minutes wait not good, think you need to hire more staff, the other issue was that I could not use live chat to cancel / renew policy surely this would save my time and yours if live chat could do what your chap did without me waiting 30 minutes, reason why for my phone call is a price increase that was ridiculous even though I’d not made a claim , stop sending out ridiculous quotes when you can do better
