Customer Service lack of response
received their standard email regarding auto renewal of the dog insurance.
Sent an email to advise that I wished to cancel the auto renewal - I never auto renew.
Email reply saying I had to ring to cancel. Tried 3 times holding on for ages no reply.
as requested tried getting a cal back - no response or reply.

Insurance price increase …
My insurance was increased by £8 per month
I was disappointed that I was not informed of this
After speaking with Jake we eventually got it reduced to suit me and more so making sure Frankie was covered
Jake’s knowledge and professional manner was what made my decision to stay

Whole of life cover doesnt cover if something spotted on last year's insurance but didn't need anything
