Perfect Plants Bewertungen 

I bought two persimmon trees advertised as 3-4’. One is 3’ and the other is 3.5’, so the description was accurate. The issue I have is how they were packed for shipment—locked together, one upright and the other upside down straight on top, kept apart with two bamboo poles. Problem is the poles were too short and the top 6” of both plants were crushed.

Beautiful large-ish plants, well grown & cared for, & very well packaged so that they arrived undamaged …unfortunately, they are NOT what I ordered. I was after a very specific variety of a certain species & they sent a different variety of that species, which matters because I’ve been trying to collect various cultivars of that species.

I’ve given 2 stars because the plants I did receive were good, but what’s really p-ed me off is that I emailed them about this 12 days ago & have had no response - pretty poor customer service!!

Since posting the review above I've had a response saying that that's what they had & offering to collect the plants - I explained I've already potted them on but am still a bit annoyed because they weren't what I'd ordered & that I'll now have to spend more time & money finding...that was nearly a week ago & I've had no response.

I very definitely got the impression that they took an attitude of "tough luck". I won't buy from Perfect Plants again & wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Stumbled across Perfect Plants on Amazon and took advantage of a multi buy discount. Although I wish I'd brought direct instead. As of this review, I've placed three orders (1 Amazon and 2 website) totaling 15 plants. I'm happy with what we have received. I strongly recommend Perfect Plants. I work "with" plants as a Florist and can testify to the care that they put into their trade, should you be concerned.

The two plants that I ordered arrived almost 24 hours later. Both were in beautiful condition having been protected by the careful packaging.

Plants always arrive in great shape and just as pictured. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The plants were quite a bit smaller than expected.
One of the plants was in a bedraggled state on arrival and was dead within a week.
The seller did refund me in full for the plant so I appreciate this.
The other two plants seemed a little healthier but quite a lot smaller than expected.
However, happy with the customer service.
The packaging was good.
I would not purchase from here again sadly as they are not perfect plants!

Very disappointed.
I ordered plants just before Christmas, but I have never received them. I have both emailed, and contacted them via their website, but got no response. Spent nearly £100. Will need to claim refund from Paypal.

Staff were helpful and efficient and plant arrived safely on 1 December.

Really well packaged plants. All arrived in perfect condition and in good health. I will definitely be using them in the future
