Strong healthy plants perfectly packaged and ready for planting. So pleased I have ordered more.

Plants are Great ! delivery fast , but maybe too Fast on corners as Two of the boxes must have tipped over Damaging at least four plants . shot out of containers
loosing soil around roots , not a good start for them.

The plants themselves looked very carefully packed and in good health...my only issue was the transport. The plants were delivered upside down ,so when opening the box...plants were completely out of container...I think we have managed to save them...time will tell. My only suggestion is maybe place a (this side up) sticker on the boxes for delivery drivers. All in all I would still recommend as the plants are very healthy and I would buy from you again.

Plants are always in good condition.

Really appalling customer service. This company sent plants in poor condition that I needed for a funeral. They then would not accept this even though it was proved to them in photos. The customer services representative showed no understanding or empathy for the situation whatsoever and tried to intimidate. They really need to improve their customer service, appalling attitude.

Ordered an Agarve plant. The image on website is nothing like the plant that arrived. I bought a similar plant at a quality garden centre which was four times as big and worked out a good deal cheaper. A nursery should be cheaper than a garden centre. The delivery was also very slow. I'd never use this Company again.

Excellent service as usual. I like how cling film is used to prevent the soil spilling out of the pot.

Order 1-took a month, when it arrived it was destroyed- they refunded

Order 2 - ordered on the 6th, it’s 11 days later and still not here.

Don’t blame me or usps…two other dispensaries have delivered twice inside this cycle.

Some of the four plants were fine. The palm was a lot smaller than expected. The lipstick plant didn't seem so healthy when it arrived and was quite damaged.

We received a Venus Fly trap , which was in a very poor state , half of the plant was dead and all black, I contacted the seller and they said the plant maybe had suffered cold in transit and it will all grow back ! Well if you could only see how bad the plant is ! I am gobsmacked at someone even sending this out to anyone ! I see they are sold out of these plants now , we must have got the rubbish that was left ! This plant was £12.95 ! For a tiny half dead plant ! Totally not acceptable , my friends saw it and actually laughed and said "whats that ment to be"? So just be carefull with your purchases !Very poor👎

the plants were so well packed i broke a leaf off each plant while unpacking this annoyed me but what can you do
