Really please
Kyle and Tyron, arrived and cracked on with the door to be fitted. When completed went through how to use the door and explained how long to leave before use. Also mentiom and idea about keeping protected as we have dogs.

Adam and the team were helpful
Adam and the team were helpful, communicative and careful at all times. The new roof went on rapidly and the team made sure that we were kept reasonably dry in very changeable weather conditions. All work was completed within the predicted timescale and the new roof is excellent.
Communication throughout has been excellent. We are very pleased with the end result. The conservatory was left very clean and looking good as new!

Another brilliant installation.
Another brilliant installation by Permaframe. Glyn and Chase who did the hard work were very efficient, getting the job done under the estimated time, were punctual, friendly and bravely worked on during the frequent downpours of rain, fuelled only by occasional cups of tea! Ben deserves a special mention as he visited after the survey to answer our queries; also Abbey and Amanda who were always at the end of WhatApp.
We have no more projects planned at present , although I am trying to persuade Him Indoors that we really must have a large conservatory at the back of the house too! Watch this space ... if I succeed, we will definitely be back to Permaframe.

My New Door
My new door is great, looks good and is good quality. The door fitters, Kyle and Tyron were quick and efficient, they cleaned up behind them and took all the rubbish (old door etc) away. They were a credit to the company!! I’d use this company again for sure 👌🏻

Permaframe Frome for secondary glazing
Permaframe has now installed secondary glazing in my
flat that has wooden Georgian sash windows. It makes a very big difference to heat and sound insulation. Tyron and Kyle completed the last set efficiently and pleasantly on 8 January 2026. Thank you.

Highly recommended, so delighted with our new room
We love our new room . It’s been adapted from a conservatory to a stylish room that feels like we are in the garden..
Every workman that we came into contact with were friendly, helpful, understanding and professional at their job.
First contact was Adrian the sales team. He was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and supportive throughout.
2nd stage was the roof. Really professional couple of men who were respectful to our home and to us , they were really lovely people and A class at their job, couldn’t fault them at all .
Including Abbey who made sure the plan came together.
Highly recommend them !!
We did have a few issues which caused slight problems and then had a knock on effect with the time scale but they corrected and did there best . At the end of the day we still ended up with a beautiful conservatory room.

😃😃😃Once contacted I had a visit from Doug…
Once contacted I had a visit from Doug who went through the ins & outs of their products in particular the choice of composite front doors, following this we placed our order. Within 4 weeks we received a call from the instalation team to make arrangements for the instalation. On the arranged day the fitters Adam & Ben were very prompt even to the point of being earlier than estimated 🙂, they were very pleasant & polite especially considering the weather conditions 🌨, before leaving Adam gave us a full run down of the workings and reminding us to register the keys.
The fitting was only yesterday but we are VERY pleased 😃😃.

We purchased 6 windows to replace existing 30 year old double glazed windows. The process from order to installation when very smoothly. The 2 installers Ki and Ti were excellect, very efficient and left the area very tidy

Just like to say that the conservatory door fitted today by two fitters called ki and ti they were a good team very efficient very pleased with the work completed they left no mess although cold and wet they never complained but did appreciate a warm cup of tea cheers Barry

We ordered 9 windows
We ordered 9 windows, 3 were correct on second attempt, first time ALL were incorrect! After at least 5 visits over a 1.5 month time period we finally have completion. There was a lack of communication throughout until of course payment you due, they were very quick to contact us then. We are very pleased with final installation !!
