I bought this filter about 6 months ago, I live in a very hard water area so went for the soft pack filter subscription.
In the time I’ve been using it, I’ve only had to de scale my kettle once (and that was because my son wasn’t filling it from the filter), I drink more water because it tastes so much better and the water is great to use in my sourdough straight from the jug!

I have used Phox for a while now - had the glass jug, but was finding it increasingly difficult to open, so opted for the alternative. Delighted with it - love the refills.

Nice product tends to dribble a wee bit on pouring but am male. Hope it will assist my kidneys as ckd3.

Great product - love the fact it is an environmentally friendly product and that you can refill the cartridge.

Also really does do the job- we are in a hard water area (south east) so have chosen the clean refill pack and it works well. We've had the jug about 6 months now and it's robust. Highly recommend.

Affordable replacements, thanks

We’ve been using Phox water cleaning products for a couple of years now. Does exactly the same as big brands but at a much cheaper price AND it is fully recyclable so always a winner.

Easy choosing Phox, had the glass jug for ages, but becoming hard to lift & get back together after cleaning, so went for larger plastic jug & its fantastic, so much easier to use & put together. Highly recommend my water is delicious now.

Arrives on time. Easy to amend orders. Good product. A bit fiddly to close the filter sometimes but it’s working. And - I’ve prevented at least 25 water plastic filters going into landfill or having to be recycled.

A REFRESHING PROSPECT - for many years I was a devotee of Brita water filtration systems and when the Maxtra filter was introduced I 'jumped on the band-wagon'. One fine day I happened up-on a water filtration system called Phox Wave and was intrigued. It was on my main shopping 'haunt', Amazon, so I read-up on it thoroughly. I have always tried to be ecologically and environmentally responsible with-in the parameters that are convenient for me as my health is challenging. I kept all my Brita Maxtra filters and sent them by free-post back to Brita to be recycled. When I read that Phox Wave is a sustainable filtration system which allows you to keep the same plastic filter and just replenish the contents with the filtration substance was a 'eureka' moment for me. I realised then that I could literally 'have my cake and eat it too' by doing the most intelligent and educated thing for my health, drinking a lot of water and be ecologically and environmentally responsible at the same time. I was thrilled and am now a devotee of Phox Wave and will be for-ever.
