If I could give a lower rating I would. 2 stores I called and both told me oh sorry sir we can't find you address on our map. I live 3 minutes from. There store.

What an amazing disgrace I’m surprised that Pizza Hut Sydenham is still in operation if they hand out pizzas like the ones I got.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with double the toppings and they delivered a very sad looking pepperoni so I called them and they sent me a disgusting sad looking mess with virtually no toppings it looked so disgusting that I didn’t even taste it I threw it straight in the bin.
I have sent them a complaint via the app asking for a refund but I doubt they will hand it out.

We ordered 2x pizzas, 1x cheese pizza and 1x Hawaiian both with extra cheese and what we got was absolutely disgusting. Neither had extra cheese and both were over cooked. When delivered advised the driver who said he would return with new ones and never turned up. Kids were hungry so had yo eat what we got. A cheese pizza should have cheese! This is not the first time this has happened so will not use them again. Thanks Pizza Hutt Masterton for the crap service.

Pizza hutt upper hutt is disgusting
Rude staff, 10 minutes turned Into 40 and the to staff were just mucking about.
Pizzas had barely any toppings.

Total appalling service and product from Pizza Hut Rangiora tonight. Simple online order of pizza ,2 chips and garlic tear n share bread. Got a call just before it was due to arrive to say they are out of chips. ( How does this happen?) So we could have a refund on or something else. Refund requested, oh that will have to be cash. (Oh why is that?). When it finally arrives refunds is only $9 for two lots of chips. Another phone call and eventually we get another 2.40 back. Pretty sure chips are $6 each so we still not there. Complained to store manager and got no apology and a lot of attitude.
We should have just ordered from Winnebago's.

One star is ambitious but there is not an option of 'no star' Appalling service from a delivery driver who omitted a dessert from my order. Stares at me with a 'don't bother me face' stating "its not my fault, ring the store'. Shrugs his shoulders when I asked, do you not check the docket before you leave. Apparrantly this is not his job either. Damn rude and dismissive-no apology, no offer to return with the dessert himself, only repeating with a ' I don't care face' to sort it out myself. Multiple failed attempts to sort it out myself since they do not pick up the phone, the hang it up instead. Pizza was sub standard to boot. Never again-good riddance pizza hut, hello Hell-

Ordered Pizza, sides, desert and drink from Manakau Pizza Hut. Only received sides and desert. No drink or pizza. Somehow pizza was dropped from order request and was not submitted to pizza hut. Delivery Guy said drink would be delivered. Reordered pizza and it turned up. Now 2 hours and 10 min later and the drink has still not arrived? Pizza and chips were almost cold, chips cold.

1 time previous experience was good. This time Pizza Hut must have been having a really bad day.

The toilets were bloody feral and there was so much mold. Absolutely disgusted the person cleaning should be fired immediately.

We went to the pizza hut in poole tower park. We went a couple years ago and remember telling ourselves not to go again. Well we thought we would try it again as after that long it could have improved. Not at all. The pizzas came really dry i couldn’t eat it. We asked for another one but the second was the same. It just seemed like they didn’t even have a chef and were just left to do it themselves as i have done homemade pizzas a lot better than that and I’m no chef. It was appalling i refused to pay for the pizza, only the drinks and the kids food. Please don’t go here!

Terrible always use domino’s or Fat Toni’s but thought I would try Pizza Hut what a mistake that was they had no drivers so decided to leave it until the last min to phone and tell me then she told me I had to go to customer service to get a refund now they told me they have to go back to them this can take a week it’s a joke couldn’t understand what the women was saying her English was awful DONT DO IT it’s more hassle than it’s worth

We ordered a 4 pizza 2 sides and we only received 3 pizzas. Were told they were very busy. When we rang the phone call broke down. Not impressed, and will not be ordering pizza from them again.

I ordered chicken tenders.
Tender or tenderloin is part of the chicken, it's a real cut/piece of meat. What I got was mechanically reclaimed chicken like you would get in a chicken nugget. Disgusting. Expensive for what it was. I threw them away in the end.

Gisborne Pizza hut is one o the worst store in North Island. They used to have some cool staff but last few months they offered all these teenage a job and I bet they don't do their job properly. Quality of food went down from excellent to the rubbish. No customer service at all. Called them to explain why have chicken pieces on my vegetarian pizza the person who answered the call he told me to "*** off" and hung up, called again he answered and put it on hold for a long time. very bad customer service and will never go again to this store. Thanks

I brought an ice cream and a drink. (Pre packaged items) took 1 hr after expected delivery time. Delivery driver didn't say a word to me no explanation even after asking him why it was 1hr late. I rung pizzahut over 15 times and there was no answer at all. Very disappointed!!

I got the pizza with fungus on top of the cheese.
I got the pizza from Cambridge pizza hut brach for workplace.

Rolleston pizza hut is the worst.do not order unless u want crap service and food. Will try to attach picture.do not go there

I visited your Hawera Branch this evening 02/09/22 but I sincerely wish I hadn't bothered.
After waiting approximately 35 - 40mins for our order Grrrrrrrrrr only to find our order was stuffed up by the girl who was on the counter.
The only saving grace was the young girl who was cutting the pizza's
who actually approached us to ask what we had ordered because she could see we had been there for a long time.
She established that our order was stuffed up and asked another staff member (I.M.) for his help.
He was abrupt and said "Oh well you have an extra pizza"
Seriously I didn't order that, clearly he could see my horror so eventually offered to refund 1 pizza.
This was a half hearted attempt to fix the issue.
Infact we should have been refunded both incorrect pizza's (So no I.M I was not happy with your solution)
And then to add insult to injury...... the Buffalo wings that we ordered were infact the SPICY one's and I couldn't even eat them Grrrrrrrrr
REALLY DISAPPOINTED PIZZA HUTT HAWERA, SHAME ON YOU GRRRRRRRRRRR

Waited an hour for an order , while we were in the store !!!!! since Pizzahut never reads the reviews , I am confident we will never return there !!!!
