This is definitely one funked up service. I ordered a chicken apricot stuffed crust with additional sauces. I had to wait over 2.5 has to gets delivered pan meat lovers I can't eat. Still can't get onto local shop.
I don't want excuses I want what I ordered . Not someone else's order.
I need it fixed tonight.
THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN IN AUSTRALIA where I have been a regcustomer.

Recently ordered a couple of pizzas which were fine, was sent a survey via email to fill in which I did, the reward was a single basic one person one, I was sent a code to give when I online ordered but trying at least 3 times did not work as the number wasn't recognized, this was still within the time limit, I went to Mt Albert store to order and told the staff member I wasn't having any luck but he said that it was an online ordering deal, he would not budge and told me to complain online which I have done, that was over 2 weeks ago and head office can't be bothered to even respond, this is the last time I will be filling in surveys and definitely the last time il be going there, I do not recommend these a..h...s who only after your hard earned dollar

At least one person in the shop should be able to speak and read English otherwise it’s a chaos.

I highly recommend Pizza Hut, Papatoetoe.
Over the last 4 weeks Ive had pizza from the Pizza Hut store in Christchurch, Wellington, Mangere and Papatoetoe.
Papatoetoe is my main 'GoTo'
Papatoetoe Pizza Hut serves the best.
Always consistent. The base is great, filling is flavoursome and full of goodness and cooked to perfection.
Staff are friendly.

Pretty poor - bought a special that was anything but special - complained about it, but no response, not even an acknowledgment. Will never buy from these arses again.

Size is confusing they don’t have a section for anything and a large and regular 4 slice pizza r the same price don’t come here u will regret it dominos all the way they don’t make ur brain hurt like Pizza Hut eggs

Ordered couple of pizzas online from pizza Hutt Johnsonville for pickup.
Manager named Gaurav was so rude when I rang to inform that he gave me wrong order instead of apricot chicken he gave apricot sauce on cheese base pizza and also for second pizza we customise pizza which totally screwed with wrong pizza as well order number 2206027625546
Disappointed never going pack we used to order regularly never had any issue with other staff as this guy was busy in talking with delivery people while preparing order so disappointed screw our dinner

I would have loved to review the service...but there was none. Pizza ordered online and paid for but nothing was delivered and no one answered the phone. God help you when I turn up to the store in person because you can take to the bank I will be.

Very disappointed with Pizza Hut Nelson (Hardy St). Already been multiple times where the delivery guy asked me to meet him outside. Unacceptable service, we're paying $7.99 delivery fee and expected to be delivered at the door not to walk outside 2 mins away from home.

Disgrace,I ordered online for delivery, as I am on crutches and can't go down my steps. The delivery guy rang me to meet him outside.i said no,contactless delivery can you leave by front door.he txt back and said he left on boot of car. I don't own a car,lucky a friend was here at that time who could go outside and get my order.very rude and disrespectful as I do pay for delivery.the door is 6steps away from where the car was parked.but I cannot go down the steps.he refused to deliver to my door.NAPIER PIZZA HUTT

Figure since my workmate gonna pick me up that I’ll do a pickup from Pizza Hut just down the road.
So I click on “meal deals” and every deal requires you to select from the “classics” range.
IE minimal toppings unless you want a cheese overload.
So I try to customise one but you only have the option of REMOVING toppings.
So I give up on that and click BACK, but as I try to scroll up and down looking for something edible, the screen thinks I’m clicking a menu option and expands.
This stops it from scrolling completely.

By this time, I’ve decided to get domino’s delivered, who once again, get it right every step of the way.

There’s no real excuse to be a garbage service by comparison, Pizza Hut.

Timaru pizza hut..ordered a new Yorker..must have been made out of an old delivery box..the base was super thin..tough as... Dry...really bad

Was delivered a pizza that look like it had been dropped on its side or slid off the drivers seat in transit ,I bought it to their attention, immediately after it was delivered by an “unmasked driver”. I was questioned like I was lieing even though I had taken photos & tried to send them to 2different emails & a cell ph they had given me but those kept bouncing back. The driver basically thought it was a joke & the Manager tried to avoid sorting it out with me. It took almost 1hour & 45 mins on the phone, on & off, & I still ended up having to “use my petrol” to go & pick up a Pizza that I’d paid them to deliver. Of course your going to get angry customers when you dance around the fact “your driver stuffed up & needs to own it, not laugh about it. Your response to the service “I” was given by “your” Employees speaks volumes, it was appalling & in all honesty, if this is how you show “respect” to your customers then your not going to last. I’m more than happy to take my $ elsewhere & I know I won’t be the last….

Worst run pizza place ever. Upper hutt. No honesty about the fact their orders were so backed up I waited an hour after the 'pick up' time to actually get my order. Real turn off was the unmasked, ungloved manager who was prepping food and letting unmasked staff into the area.

We went in Tuesday night to order the 4 pizza plus 4 sides for $49. The guy that served us could not understand what types of pizzas we required. When he eventually worked out he said it came to $63 because 2 of the pizzas only had 3 toppings on. Yet 3 nights earlier a different person worked out a deal for $53. The guy started to get annoyed so we walked out. $14 extra for less on 2 pizzas what a joke. Would never go to Pizza hut again. Staff were quite rude.

Me and my family 5 of us went to pizza huf in christchurch barrack road on 23 /10/21 service was horrible food was horrible called and dry pizza it tested very bad and not very clean in there so we wont be going there anymore horrible food horrible service and dirty

Pizza heart is my favorite place. They have a large selection of toppings and allow you to create your own pizza.

Useless. Don't honour any coupons. When a deal is offered it takes ages to try and order then refused. Just a suckers place. This is why I stick with Dominoes and / or my local... when this starts for you I recommend STOPPING and going elsewhere.. A shame really as the pizza's might be ok. I don't know as I will not order in this fashion....

I ordered a delivery.
I felt what came was not true to the advertised picture. In fact it was foul looking and inedible. The store argued with me. I asked them to come and view it. A new pizza would have helped as I had hungry children. They refused. I took a pic of the advertised pizza and what arrived. The difference is beyond reproach. This was the Flagstaff store.
I felt the manager was not willing to help appropriately and caused me even more stress in forcing me to argue my case.
