Just booked my holiday cruise with Igloo cruising ( I think part of Planet cruise too) and as usual they were fabulous! Amber helped us and checked all the questions we had plus gave us time to quickly discuss before we made the decision. We have been with Planet cruise about 4 times and they’ve never let us down or disappointed, overnight hotels have always been ok, maybe not what you’d book for 2 weeks but definitely for a quick stay ok and transfers always waiting for us albeit we had one Italian driver who I’m sure thought he was Lewis Hamilton !! Luckily he was a one off. Well done Planet Cruise I’d definitely recommend and thank you Amber Barnes for all your help x

I’ve booked with Planet cruise for many years. The agents have always been helpful, knowledgable, kind and competent, great service. I like using the filters on their website so you can enquire for the exact details instantly first without speaking to anyone. Also if there’s big issue with the holiday (eg Covid and the Middle East) they give you a full refund.

Efficient booking process. Price was reasonable. Majority online and happy with that as knew the cruise we required.

Booked our first family cruise with our baby and needed help selecting the best cabin and cruise for our new family. Really helpful and knowledgeable, we were assisted and guided as if he was booking his own holiday (I think we were assisted by Anthony?).

Always friendly and polite have used Planet Cruise several times, always satisfied.

Booked through Planet Cruise, easy process. Accepted a moveover offer from the cruise line after the sailing was overbooked for a full refund, Planet Cruise took £300 off the refund stating it was recovering a “non-refundable deposit”, despite the deposit being £150 only. Horrendously rude staff when challenged. Avoid at all costs. If you find a cheaper deal with Planet Cruise, call the cruise line to book direct and they will match the price for you. Would never use again.
