Shocking company
Shocking company. After placing an order with them for an item that was showing in stock, I got an email the following day saying the item was not available. Despite several emails asking them to cancel the order and refund me they never issued me my refund. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so had to open a case with PayPal to get my refund.

Replacement Handset Cords
I found PMC Telecom when trying to source replacement Avaya handset cords. Used them now on a few occasions. Email orders/quotations dealt immediately by Paul, Customer Sales and Support . No hesitation in using them again for future orders.
