She was extremely patient and wanted to get to the bottom of the problem for my benefit. When she fixed my problem she made sure if there was anything else she could help with. Recently started using Poptelecom and the customer service with Alfred was excellent. Very happy with the service I received.

Just got my internet connection sorted over the phone with Pop Telecom and I couldn't be happier. Cris, who helped me set everything up, was extremely helpful and polite. While there was a bit of a challenge with pronunciation and a poor line, we worked through it easily together and everything got sorted out perfectly. Great service—highly recommended!

I had an issue with my landline and couldn't receive calls at first but this was dealt with promptly by Alfred on Monday. He was polite and efficient and the service has been fine since.

I clicked on the button 'Live Chat on line' and it was answered straight away.
I had a query on my first invoice and spoke to PAZ who in turn passed me onto Alfred who explained in the fullest detail how my invoice prices were made up.
He was very knowledgeable and I am now very happy.

I emailed Pop Telecom on the 28.7.2026 to ask why they were charging me £31 per month , no answer today 10.8.2026
I signed One year contract for £27.99 last year !
They have been charging wrong amount since January 2026.
Pop Telecom can’t do accounts!
I emailed earlier this year to amend the amount but they still charge wrong amount !
No reply today to my email , they don’t care, hopeless company.

I had a great experience with Alfred. Very quick response and and answer to my questions. Didn’t even take up 5 minutes of my time!

Their provision of internet, fine. Their way of acquiring more money through hidden add-on subscriptions (no notice provided) or charging £80 for non-return of router (it had been returned), not fine. Just felt like a cheap, money grabbing service provider, glad to have left and gone with a better serving provider.

Alfred answered my query and processed the matter successfully. I've spoken with him on previous occasions and always find him helpful.
