Pour la rénovation de notre salle de bain et des toilettes, nous avons fait le choix sans hésitation de Porcelanosa. Deux raisons principales nous ont motivé : la qualité de tous les matériels proposés, haut de gamme et un accueil irréprochable. Une écoute attentive de nos interlocuteurs, des conseils avisés et des vendeurs au magasinier, un personnel attentionné et facilitateur pour le bon déroulement de l'expérience client. Aussi, je recommande Porcelanosa et met une note de 5 sans hésitation.

Avoid Porcelanosa if you value your statutory consumer rights. We ordered three bathroom suites for a full house renovation and received vanity units that do not match the colour shown and agreed at consultation in their showroom, one of which also has a visible manufacturing defect to the front panel (photo attached - you can see the markings clearly).

When we asked to return the faulty and misdescribed items, we were told they were "made to order" and therefore non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable - despite this being a standard catalogue product. We have proof it isn't: the manufacturer's own label on the box (photo attached) shows it was produced on 30th April 2026 - we didn't place our order until 19th June 2026, nearly two months later. An item cannot be "made to order" for an order that didn't exist yet when it was manufactured. It came straight from stock in their Spanish warehouse, like any other off-the-shelf item.

We were also asked to pay by bank transfer rather than card. Worth knowing if you're ordering: paying this way means you don't get the protection of Section 75 card protection and can't fall back on a chargeback if things go wrong.

Dealing with Ricky Tang, their Aftersales Manager at the Watford HQ, has made this far harder than it needed to be. Despite being sent clear photo evidence, he has repeatedly ignored the manufacturing defect entirely and focused only on colour, and even walked back a written offer to accept one item back without explanation. When shown the manufacturing date proving an item couldn't have been made to order, his response was that the date "doesn't matter" - no evidence, no explanation, just a flat refusal to engage with the point.

On top of all this, we're still waiting on the final portion of our order. Requests for an updated delivery date have simply been ignored, so we now have an incomplete bathroom installation with no idea when - or if - the rest is coming.

This isn't a one-off mix-up - it looks like a deliberate practice of mislabelling standard stock as "made to order" specifically to sidestep the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and avoid giving refunds on faulty or misdescribed goods. It's a breach of our statutory rights, and we are escalating to a small claim court and reporting the practice to Trading Standards after weeks of being denied a return.

If you're ordering from Porcelanosa, pay by card if you can, get everything in writing, photograph the manufacturing labels on delivery, and don't accept "made to order" as an answer.

James Ferguson at your Newbridge branch was very attentive, bought in to our situation and helped with our choice and organised the delivery and payments with no issues.

Rachel was very welcoming and approachable. She has an incredible knowledge of the products and gave some excellent advice and recommendations.

Excellent help at then Edinburgh site. I worked both with James Ferguson and Renata Asauskaite who did everything they could to help me find a tile that was used on my new build.

Es lamentable que una firma con tanto nombre tenga un servicio postventa nefasto.
El pasado 16 de julio envié una transferencia (Indispensable para hacer el pedido) según la tienda Rosales de Vigo, para sustituir los mecanismos de dos cisternas. A día de hoy (31 de agosto) no han llegado, después de llamar en dos ocasiones a la mencionada tienda, contestación: no llegarán en todo el verano, que ya llamarían...
Las dos cisternas han estado perdiendo agua todo el verano.
No se entiende como una firma que se ofrece con tanto prestigio no disponga al menos de un repuesto en tienda para dar un servicio óptimo al cliente.
Cuando se eligieron los sanitarios ni se imaginaba uno que PORCELANOSA se permitiera semejante situación.

Decepción
Compramos un rociador de ducha de Porcelanosa nada barato que ha reventado a los 2 años. Tiene una fuga por un lateral. Al reclamar su sustitución a la garantía nos dicen que el problema es nuestro por falta de mantenimiento y que no lo cubre la garantía. Una gran decepción que una marca que pensaba que era de calidad venda productos que revientan a los dos años y te digan que la culpa es tuya y no se hagan cargo.
Nos pasó lo mismo con la tapa del wc de la misma marca. Se rajó a los 2 años y no se hicieron cargo.
El rociador costó como 140€. Cambiar la tapa del wc nos costó casi 200€.
No volveré a comprar nada en Porcelanosa. No son baratos, los productos no son de calidad y luego se lavan las manos. Una gran decepción.

We contacted Jack at the Bristol showroom as we couldn’t identify our tiles. He was excellent in not only identifying them - even though they were discontinued - but suggested an alternative that was perfect for our requirements. He went over and above to help in this matter.

Buen material pero pésimo servicio y posventa. Retrasos en entrega de material, algunos con medidas mal hechas, nos sirvieron de más por error suyo y no se responsabilizaron. Retrasos que nos supuso pagar días de grúa. En posventa, la cocina presentó daños al poco de uso y tampoco se han hecho cargo. Nada recomendable

We needed some parts and Mr Luis was so knowledgeable, providing excellent information and customer service. Absolutely brilliant - great service.

My interior designer and I went into Porcelanosa in Watford to find tiles and basins for a project we are working on in America. We met Zoë Millian, showroom consultant, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Although she is unable to source products in America, as that is not her territory, she still took the time to show us products, discussed options, went through brochures with us and gave us very useful information and advice. I was very impressed by the care and attention she gave to us even though she was not going to get the sale from it herself. True customer service and a wonderful representative of the Porcelanosa brand!

Rachel Camilleri attended to us at the moment we walked in, treated us with care and attention and respect, very professional service and friendly. Would highly recommend asked for Rachel when visiting the Croydon showroom to receive exceptional service from start to finish
