The lashes are lovely but the customer service isn't great at all... I've tried to get a hold of them through emails countless times and no one ever responds.

Order never arrived
Ordered the 27th June, now the 24th of July and my lashes still haven’t arrived..
been in contact numerous times, they told me wait 21 days, I did, contacted them last Wednesday, they then said I had to email them even though they were previously helping me over DM’s, emailed them Wednesday, they asked for order number and address even though I had emailed them 2/3 times previous so they already had all this information, responded to them them and still no response or update on my order.
I don’t find their customer service helpful at all especially when relying on my orders to arrive for clients etc.
Judging from the reviews seems to be a regular occurrence unfortunately and a lot of people that express their disappointment seem to be receiving quite rude responses.

Not consistent with product quality
I have ordered lashes from Poundlashes before and loved them, as I am running out I decided to buy 4 sets of 10 pack of the p-lash3 lashes and they have come looking similar but not the same curl or length as the ones I ordered previously, I have emailed, and gone through instagram but not received any help, I’m really disappointed.

Placed an order didn’t receive it. Atrocious customer service. They didn’t refund my order and I had to claim it via the bank. Got my money back from them but won’t be ordering from this “company” again as clearly they are not legitimate. Please read all the negative reviews that have been left on this page before you order.

Hi we can’t find any order under those initials , we always look into every order whereabouts and we always open a case with Royal Mail after 21 days of no delivery we believe this is a fake review 😊

Bad experience
Parcel got lost, gave me the wrong tracking number according to royal mail, now not responding to my emails as I said I want to make an official complaint. Refusing to give me my money back until the parcel has been returned to them which I don’t understand since royalmail said it has been lost??? Bad customer service being on the defensive all the time. Will definitely not buy from them again. If I could, I would not put any stars at all 0/5

Parcel got marked as attempted delivery and took back to Royal Mail depot for customer to collect, apparently the parcel isn’t there, so We are waiting for the parcel to be returned to us before we can issue a refund

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You mentioned the mascara has dried out but we can see in the photo you sent that this has definitely not dried out. You did not mention any other products being damaged so we have no knowledge about the brow brush. You are welcome to return the items for a refund
