Applied for a mortgage,paid their fees upfront,which I massively regret.They have sent someone for a valuation,which came as 0£ )))) because I temporary don't have a fence in the garden as neighbour next door is doing builders works.The other thing they've mentioned is the tenants,who currently rent a property,no common sense,as I'm changing buy to let to residential and I can't move in there before I get the mortgage offer.
So 600£ wasted on nothing

Very fair with imperfect Credit Profiles
The turnaround from application was relatively quick considering our credit profiles. And were fair in giving us a lower interest rates post offer after products offers were lowered
